Join Flip Aguilera for Self-Defense Academy COS classes on July 31st. Two classes are available: 3:00-4:00pm for ages 5-10 4:00-5:00pm for ages 11-17 Self-Defense Academy COS’s Youth Program focuses a great deal of attention on the development of self-esteem. A good self-image is the basis of a well-functioning, happy, and successful child. This is self-defense at its most fundamental. We believe that children are worth defending. Our curriculum integrates physical education and self-defense techniques with conditioning and skill-oriented games aimed at improving your child’s coordination, motor skills, agility, and flexibility.
