RETURNS & REFUNDS •

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase with receipt. If receipt is not present must be able to verify purchase through member account.

Merchandise must be in same condition as when purchased.

Merchandise must be in original packaging.

Payment will be refunded to your original payment method or applied to your membership account.

EXCHANGES •

Merchandise can be exchanged for something else of equal or lesser value.

Merchandise exchange must be made within 30 days or original purchase.

Merchandise must be in same condition as when purchased and in original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE •

Merchandise that is not in original condition when purchased.

Washed or worn items.

Damaged items and open boxes (beauty products).

Clearance items and or marked items “Final Sale”.

Special orders on a case by case depending on if we carry item in the retail outlet or item can be returned to vendor.

Gift Cards: No cancellations or refunds.

This policy may be amended at any time and in any manner without prior notice.
