Camps We also offer tennis and pickleball camps that run three hours per day, players enrolled with a minimum commitment of two to three days. Camps accommodate up to 12 participants, and pricing is determined by the total number of participants
COURT RESERVATIONS: Court reservations are available to members with Sports privileges. Court reservations can be made online through the member portal, in person, or by calling the Tennis Pro Shop at 719-329-4012. Please note that the pro shop will be closed Saturday after 1:00 p.m. and all day Sunday. If you need assistance during the weekend, please contact the front desk.
CLINIC/EVENT RESERVATIONS: Please register for all clinics and events using the member portal to ensure your spot. If having any difficulties registering, please contact the tennis pro shop by calling 719-329-4012.

Cancellation policy: A 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or modifications made to a reservation. If cancelation or modifications are failed to be provided within 48 hours’ notice, the following fees will apply: 25-48 hours’ notice: a 50% charge for the scheduled reservation(s) will be applied. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: a 100% charge for the scheduled reservation(s) will be applied. Those who modify reservation(s) within 24 hours (e.g., changing a full day to a half day) are expected to pay the full cost of the original reservation(s) booked, unless the cost of the original reservation is less than the replacement reservation.
Weather: Cabana rentals are subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather that impacts the use of the cabana, we will do our best to reschedule the reservation based on availability. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations unless the resort closes pool operations for the day.

Returns and Refunds
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase with receipt. If the receipt is not present must be able to verify purchase through member account.
Merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased.

Merchandise can be exchanged for something else of equal or lesser value.

Dining Outlets
A $15 fee per reserved seat will be charged to members and guests who fail to show or cancel within a 24-hour period. Parties of eight or more are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy and a $25 fee per reserved seat.
Holiday Events and Dining
A 72-hour cancellation policy applies to all special holiday dining and event reservations. A fee of 50% for each reserved seat of the event will be charged to the member account or guest who made the reservation and fail to show or cancel within a 72-hour period.
Kissing Camels Golf Course and M&M Tennis Center
A $15 green or court fee will be imposed for cancellations within 24-hours of play for each player.
Strata Fit
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all services with in the Fitness Center. A 50% fee of the booked service will be imposed for clients who fail to cancel within a 48-hour period and 100% fee of the service will be imposed for no-show or cancellation within a 24-hour period.
Strata Spa & Salon
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all services within the Spa and Salon. A 50% fee of the booked service will be imposed for clients who fail to cancel within a 48-hour period and 100% fee of the service will be imposed for no-show or cancellation within a 24-hour period.
Strata Med
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all services. A $150 fee of the booked service will be imposed for clients who fail to cancel within a 48-hour period and 100% fee for IV services will be imposed for no-show or cancellation within a 48-hour period.
Kids’ Club and Kids’ Club Events
A 12-hour cancellation policy applies for all Kids’ Club reservations and events. 100% fee of the reservations may be imposed for member and guests who no-show or cancel within the 12-hour period. If contacted to return to Kids’ Club for any reason, the parent or guardian must return within 30 minutes of said contact or be charged the late fee of $2/minute after the 30 minute period. Failure to return within 30 minutes of being called will result in a warning for the parents.
Kid Club Staff will reserve the right to refuse any additional services.
Cancellation fees will be applied to the member account or guest, with the exception of Strata Med. Those cancellation charges will be charged to the card they have on file. Persistent forfeit of an appointment, tee or starting times may be refused the privilege of securing future reservations and/or appointment for services.
