Editorial Domenica 7 Luglio a Baku, in occasione della 43ma sessione dell’UNESCO, le Colline di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene sono divenute Patrimonio Mondiale dell’Umanità: una notizia entusiasmante! La mia terra così forte e generosa, la mia terra che amo immensamente, la mia terra è stata premiata! Le vigne che rivestono come un manto e abbracciano tutto il nostro territorio sono veramente uno spettacolo mozzafiato. Luoghi dove lo sguardo è catturato nelle diverse stagioni, in particolare in quella della vendemmia dai mille colori; luoghi che la natura ha donato alla nostra gente che con grande volontà ed abnegazione li ha valorizzati, luoghi dove i veri valori della vita sono radicati: famiglia, terra e lavoro. Questo premio è un riconoscimento alla fatica e all’ingegno che ha creato un vino inimitabile, le “bollicine” ideali in tutte le occasioni: il Prosecco, che in questo particolare territorio collinare diventa unico al mondo e si fregia della Denominazione DOCG. Il lavoro e la passione per i viaggi mi portano spesso in giro per il mondo: quando si nomina o mi offrono un buon bicchiere di Prosecco, mi sento un po’ come a casa mia! Fondamentale è anche il supporto scolastico della blasonata prima Scuola Enologica italiana, l’Istituto G.B.Cerletti. Da qui escono i futuri enologi, con una grande preparazione professionale e un sincero amore per la terra. Mio nonno possedeva delle vigne e nella sua “caneva” (cantina) aveva delle grandi botti di Rovere; quando entravo venivo investita da quell’odore misto di vino, mosto e tannino che ricordo ancora oggi. Penso alla tradizionale vendemmia che si faceva con tutta la famiglia riunita all’opera e poi all’imbottigliamento, quest’ultimo atto che curo ancora oggi con l’entusiasmo di mantenere viva una tradizione che mi ricorda la mia giovinezza. Grazie Terra. Orgogliosamente tua!

On the occasion of the 43rd UNESCO Session on Sunday 7th July in Baku, the Prosecco hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene became World Heritage Site: what exciting news! My homeland, so strong and generous, my homeland which I immensely love, my homeland has been awarded! The vineyards covering and embracing our territory as a coat are a breathtaking view. Those are places where the gaze is captured in the different seasons, in particular the one which includes the multicolor harvest; Places gifted by nature to the our people who were able to enhance them with great determination and dedication; Places where real values are rooted: family, homeland, work. This award is the acknowledgment of the hard work and genius which created a unique wine, the bubbles perfect for all occasions: the Prosecco which becomes, in this special area, unique in the world and it may boast the title of DOCG. My job and passion for travelling often take me around the world: when they mention the Prosecco or they offer me a good glass of it, I feel just like home! A crucial role is played by the academic support provided by the well-known and first Italian Enological School, the B. Cerletti Institute, which trains the future enologists with a deep professional preparation and a sincere love for the land. My grandfather used to own some vineyards and in his ‘caneva’, which means cellar, had some big Oak barrels; Every time I entered the room, I was pervaded by the scent of wine, must and tannin that I still remember vividly. I recall the traditional harvest the whole family used to do together and then the bottling. I still take care of the latter process, with the aim of keeping alive a tradition which reminds me of our youth. Thank you, land. Proudly yours!

Biancavigna è una delle cantine storiche nelle colline di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, patrimonio dell’UNESCO, nell’alta Marca Trevigiana, una terra “gioiosa et amorosa” dove crescono vigne con caratteristiche uniche, come la Glera da cui nasce il famosissimo Prosecco. La Cantina è stata di recente completamente ristrutturata, creando “una struttura in equilibrio con il paesaggio, dentro e fuori”, realizzata con materiali naturali ed ecosostenibili e dotata di fonti di energia rinnovabili. La struttura è stata anche pre-certificata “Casa Clima Wine”, una certificazione di qualità sviluppata per promuovere le cantine vinicole sostenibili. In questa ottica ecosostenibile anche i pavimenti non potevano che essere scelti tra quelli che garantiscono materie prime biocompatibili e dotate certificazioni assegnate con criteri molto severi. I pavimenti in legno prefinito in rovere per Biancavigna sono stati anche sottoposti a un trattamento di incisione molto particolare chiamato taglio sega, che conferisce al legno un aspetto ancora più materico. Alcune tavole sono state personalizzate con il logo di Biancavigna, realizzato con un trattamento di incisione, a firma e sigillo di un progetto architettonico ed enologico di grande prestigio. Biancavigna is one the historical wine yards of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, World Heritage Site in the Treviso Area, a “joyful and lovely” land where wineyards with unique characteristics are cultivated, such as the Glera which produces the famous Prosecco. The wine yard has been recently renovated, creating a “structure in harmony with the landscape, indoor and outdoor”, realized with natural and eco-friendly material provided with renewable energy. The structure has also been pre-certified “Casa Clima Wine”, a quality certification developed to promote the sustainable wineries. Following this eco-friendly policy, the selected wooden floors guarantee biocompatible raw materials, provided with certifications assigned according to strict criteria. The prefinished oak wooden floors for Biancavigna have undergone a special carving treatment, called “taglio sega”, conferring an even more material aspect to the wood. Some boards have been customized with the Biancavigna logo, realized with a carving treatment to sign and seal an architectonical and enological project of great prestige.

Rovere e vino, un antico legame Degustare vini ricercati in un ambiente elegante e accogliente Wine and Oak, an ancient bond. Cuzziol tasting wine room is an elegant and cozy space. Cuzziol SpA è da sempre alla ricerca dei migliori terroir che esprimono i migliori vini, dalle foreste di Reims, passando per le dolci pendenze della Borgogna per arrivare fino alle Rive del Prosecco. Per esporre e degustare il frutto di questa continua ricerca dell’eccellenza dei vini, delle birre e dei liquori di tutto il mondo, il gruppo Cuzziol non poteva che scegliere un ambiente in cui il legno e soprattutto il Rovere, avesse un ruolo fondamentale e una qualità pari ai prodotti in degustazione. Un salotto dove l’aspetto sensoriale è il vero protagonista. Cuzziol SpA has been for a long time now in search of the best terroir which produce the best wines, starting from the forests of Reims, through the soft slopes of Bourgogne, to reach the Prosecco hills. In order to expose and taste the result of such a continuous research of the wine, beers and liquors from all over the world excellence, the Cuzziol group could choose nothing but an environment where the wood, especially the Oak, played a crucial role and had a quality equivalent to the products tasted. A living room where the sensorial aspect is the real protagonist.

Per i pavimenti è stato selezionato un prefinito in Rovere con finitura Habitat, per esaltare le caratteristiche di questa specie legnosa: la rivoluzionaria finitura della superficie infatti preserva la naturale matericità del legno, grazie ad un trattamento di verniciatura a ciclo completo all’acqua che rende le tavole totalmente matt. Alla vista il pavimento è totalmente naturale: le tonalità e le caratteristiche delle specie legnose non vengono alterate dalla finitura, che rallenta la normale ossidazione del legno. Al tatto la superficie è morbida e piacevole: camminare a piedi nudi su un pavimento della linea Habitat è un vero piacere sensoriale. Per le pareti e parte dei soffitti si è optato per la stessa specie legnosa e finitura, ma con diverse dimensioni: la linea I Gessi®, che con le loro proporzioni (lunghi e stretti) ricordano i listelli che formano una barrique. Il concept di questo progetto ha prodotto un effetto finale di grande eleganza e coinvolgimento sensoriale di tutti coloro i quali avranno la fortuna di degustare vini unici in questo ambiente curato fin nei minimi dettagli. The wine tasting room of Cuzziol SpA is a piece of design with innovative solutions aimed at creating a both sophisticated and welcoming environment. The selected wooden floor is a prefinished Oak with Habitat Finish, which enhances the characteristics of such wood specie: the revolutionary surface finish preserves the natural materiality of the wood, thanks to a water-based full-cycle varnish treatment which makes the boards completely matt. The floor looks absolutely natural: the shades and characteristics of the wooden species are not altered by the finish which slows down the normal wood oxidation. To the touch, the surface is soft and pleasant: walking barefoot on a wooden floor of the Habitat line is a true sensorial delight. For the walls and part of the ceiling, the choice fell on the same wood specie, but the dimensions changed: the Gessi® line, which recalls the slats of the barrels due to their long and narrow dimensions. The concept of such project produced a final effect of fine elegance and sensorial involvement of those who will have the pleasure of tasting the unique wines in this environment, which is studied in detail.

Il rovere rivive in Valpolicella Xilema® nelle Cantine Tommasi The Oak lives again in Valpolicella - Xilema® in the Tommasi wineries

La famiglia Tommasi dal 1902 produce l’Amarone, il celebre vino italiano, famoso nel mondo, nel cuore della storica Valpolicella classica, a Pedemonte vicino a Verona. Molte cose ci accomunano con questa Azienda: la tradizione, la scelta di chiamare l’azienda con il nome di famiglia e l’amore e la passione per il proprio lavoro. Recentemente la celeberrima Cantina ha ristrutturato un edificio della sede storica, riservando il primo piano di oltre 300 mq, ad una moderna mostra e degustazione dei propri vini rossi: l’Amarone, il Ripasso, il Valpolicella Classico e il dolce Recioto. Vista l’importanza della ristrutturazione e il grande impatto visivo e sensoriale del progetto, la scelta del pavimento è stata particolarmente attenta, per poi convergere su Xilema®, un prefinito unico ricavato da piante morte in piedi. Many things are in common between us and this company: the tradition, the choice of using the family name and the passion for their work. Recently, the renown winery has renovated a building in the historical headquarter, with more than 300 sqm of a modern exhibition and wine tasting of their own red wines: the Amarone, Ripasso, Classic Valopolicella, Sweet Recioto. Taking into consideration the importance of the renovation and the great visible and sensorial impact of the project, the choice of the floor has been particularly careful and fell on Xilema, a unique prefinished obtained from standing dead plants.

Xilema è un pavimento prefinito in rovere (le doghe variano da 180 a 250 mm in larghezza, da 1.000 a 2.500 mm di lunghezza, 14 mm di spessore) che nasce dal recupero e la valorizzazione di vecchi alberi “morti”. Garbelotto recupera e valorizza questo legno che ha acquistato colori e sfumature uniche, un aspetto antico e materico irripetibile e di grande personalità, dovuto allo scarico della linfa che crea una texture unica. Con questo utilizzo degli alberi “morti in piedi” si ottiene inoltre la funzione ecologica di dare una seconda vita al legno, tenere pulite le foreste e riutilizzare cioò che la Natura ci dona gratuitamente. Il risultato di questo abbinamento è perfetto: sfumature e sapori unici dei vini rossi “incorniciati” in un legno dalle tonalità altrettanto uniche. La stessa essenza, il rovere, è utilizzata nella cantina per custodire l’affinamento in botti di rovere dei grandi rossi del territorio, come Valpolicella, Ripasso e il celeberrimo Amarone, che riposa nelle cantine per molti anni prima di essere imbottigliato e degustato in tutto il mondo. Come tutti i pavimenti in legno dell’infinito catalogo Garbelotto, sono adatti alla Bioedilizia, in classe E1 per l’emissione di formaldeide, al 100% made in Italy ed, a richiesta, certificabili FSC.

Xilema is an Oak prefinished floor which comes from the recovery and valorization of old dead trees (Slats varies from 180 to 250mm of width, from 1000 to 2500mm of length, 4mm of thickness). Garbelotto restores and enhances tis type of wood which acquired unique colors ad shades, an antique and material aspect provided with a great personality, due to the lymph drain which creates a unique texture. Wit such usage of standing dead trees, the ecological function which gives a second life to the wood is obtained, as well as the cleaning of forests as the reutilization of what the Nature gives us. The result of such match is perfect: shades and unique tastes of the red wine within a framework of wood, just as unique. The same essence, the Oak, is used in the winery to preserve the aging of red wines of the territory in oak barrels, namely Valpolicella, Ripasso and the famous Amarone, which rests in the wineries for many years before the bottling and the tastings carried out all over the world. Like every other wooden floor of the endless Garbelotto catalogue, they are suitable for the bio construction, in E1 class for the emission of formaldehyde, 100% made in Italy and FSC certifiable on demand.

La parola a... Interview Architetto Enrico De Conti Enrico De Conti Architect PHILOSOPHY Legno e Vino. Un connubio che esiste da sempre. Quale è stata la funzione del legno nel vostro progetto? Come avete scelto il formato e specie legnosa con cui realizzare il progetto della Sala Cuzziol SPA? Wood and wine. A combination that has always existed. Which has been the function of the wood in your project? How did you choose the size and wood specie in order to realize the project of the wine tasting room of Cuzziol SPA? La scelta di usare materiali naturali è stata semplice poichè rispecchia la filosofia dell’azienda, ovvero l’attenzione maniacale rispetto la ricerca della miglior materia prima. Il legno, in quanto materiale vivo che scalda l’ambiente, crea un confort sensoriale quindi è stata la nostra unica scelta per il progetto.

It acquires even more charm with the signs of the time.”

The choice of using natural materials was easy since it reflects the philosophy of the company, namely the maniacal attention towards the research of the best raw material. The wood, as living material which warms the environment, creates a sensorial comfort and for this reason it has been our only choice for the project.

Nonostante sia un zona ad alto calpestio avete confermato l’utilizzo del pavimento in rovere anche per lo stand al Vinitaly. Siete stati soddisfatti della vostra scelta? Despite being an area subjected to high traffic you have confirmed the use of the oak floor also during the Vinitaly exhibition. Are you happy with your choice? Il legno essendo materiale naturale, trasmette il concetto di trasformazione della materia prima e il suo utilizzo nello scorrere del tempo. Essendo un materiale durevole, acquista ancor più fascino con i segni del tempo che si vanno a creare sulla sua superficie, arricchendosi di storie e pregio esattamente come un buon vino. Considered the fact that the wood is a natural material, it conveys the concept of transformation of the raw material and its use over time. Nei progetti di architettura ed interior design inerenti al settore business utilizzate spesso il legno? In the architecture and interior design projects concerning the business sector, do you often use the wood? Lo Studio QuattropiuLAB come filosofia progettuale, essendo molto attento alla sincerità del materiale e alla contestualizzazione dell’intervento, utilizza prodotti che rispecchiano queste caratteristiche. Inoltre lo stile tendenzialmente minimale e semplice delle nostre costruzioni fa mettere in risalto la matericità dei prodotti.

Un mito da sfatare è l’utilizzo di surrogati che imitano i materiali naturali per motivi funzionali e di usura. The office QuattropiuLAB, intended as design philosophy, pays much attention to the material and to the contextualization of the contribution and uses products reflecting such features. Moreover, the minimal and simple style of our constructions highlights the products’ materiality. A false myth is the utilization of substitutes which imitates the natural material for functional reasons and of abrasion.

Quali sono secondo lei le finiture e le specie legnose di maggior tendenza in questa fine di 2019? According to you, which are the trending finishes and wood species in the last months of 2019?

Ritengo che la tendenza dell’anno sia l’utilizzo di materiali con finiture che esaltano la natura e i colori dell’essenza lignea. Per esempio rovere, nel suo aspetto più tradizionale e sobrio, e olmo, che con la sua caratteristica fiammatura crea una trama unica nel suo genere. Per quanto riguarda la posa, a nostro parere, si sta tornando a tecniche che, per quanto moderne e innovative, ricordino il legno nei suoi usi più tradizionali e antichi. I believe that the trend of the year concerns the utilization of materials with finishing enhancing the nature and colors of the wood essence. For instance, the oak, in its more traditional and sober aspect and the olm that creates a unique texture thanks to its typical flaming. As far as the laying is concerned, we believe we are going back to techniques that, despite their modernity and innovation, recall the more traditional and antique uses of the wood.

Enrico De Conti

Nato a Vittorio Veneto nel 1984, studia prima geometri, si iscrive alla facoltà di architettura di venezia IUAV laureandosi nel 2014 con una Tesi di laurea intitolata: Modificare il passato prossimo, Riqualificazione urbana area ex Zanussi, Conegliano TV.

Enrico De Conti was born in Vittorio Veneto in 1984. He studied to become surveyor and enrolled in IUAV architecture faculty, graduating in 2014 with a thesis titled: Editing the near-present, urban requalification of ex the Zanussi area, Conegliano TV.

Nel 2014 supera l’esame di abilitazione professionale e si iscrive all’ordine degli Architetti di Treviso con numero 3025. Prima e dopo la laurea lavora presso due studi professionali, uno specializzato nel restauro e recupero dell’esistente l’altro di origine ingegneristica ma indirizzo prettamente nuovo commerciale. Nel frattempo partecipa ad un corso di specializzazione per la progettazione di locali, Corso di HO.RE.CA DESIGN (hotels, Restaurants and Coffe) al Poli.Design di Milano dove approfondisce la progettazione del Retail e dell’interior design.

In 2014, he gained the professional qualification and enrolled in the register of architects of Treviso with the number 3025. Before and after graduating, he worked in two architectural firms, one specialized in renovation and recovery of the original structure and the other of engineering origin with a commercial specialization. In the meantime, he participates in a specialization course for the planning of premises, course of HO.RE. CA design (Hotels, restaurant and cafes) at Poli Design in Milan where he deepens the Retail and interior design planning.

Nel 2017 assieme all’Architetto Paolo Piccin, al Visual Resources Pierluigi Slis aprono a Vittorio Veneto, ristrutturando in contesto industriale un vecchio magazzino, lo Spazio QUATTROPIULAB, Architettura, Design, Ricerca Visiva.

In 2017, he opens the Space QUATTRPIULAB, architecture, design and visual research, together with Paolo Piccin at the visual Resources Pierluigi Slis in Vittorio Veneto.

The revolutionary wooden floor laying system has endless advantages, which include both the practical aspects, such as the fast and easy laying and removal of the boards, but also the health and wellbeing of the people who live within the environments where it is laid. To the classic thickness of 16mm, we added the more agile 13mm, laid with one meter long polymer clips, designed to be more flexible, follow the subfloor and make the laying faster. In the new thickness of 13mm the board dimension choice tripled: Elegant with length of 110/120 mm, Classic 130/150 and Big Old 171/200. The system is available in a wide variety of wood species, colors and surface finishes.

L’innovativo sistema di posa brevettato Clip Up System® è disponibile anche nella versione da 13 millimetri. La nuova variante risponde all’esigenza di doghe più sottili e adatte a rivestire ogni tipo di ambiente: lo spessore ridotto è adatto alle ristrutturazioni perché alza di poco il livello del pavimento e non costringe a modificare la quota delle porte interne. Clip Up System da 13 millimetri presenta tutti i vantaggi e le certificazioni del sistema da 16 millimetri, con l’unica differenza che le clip in polimero riducono ulteriormente i tempi di posa. È possibile installare o rimuovere una o più tavole in 30 secondi, senza rovinare il piano di posa sottostante in quanto le clips non vengono ad esso fissate. Clip Up System® non richiede l’utilizzo di colle, riducendo quindi l’inquinamento ambientale e preservando la salute dell’uomo, ed è idoneo al riscaldamento a pavimento. ®

La nuova versione di Clip Up System prevede l’uso di clip in polimero elastico riciclabile lunghe 1 metro, studiate per essere flessibili e seguire il sottofondo di posa. Sono in grado di sopportare temperature molto elevate, fino ai 90°. Il sistema di ancoraggio è analogo a quello previsto per le clip in acciaio usate con Clip Up System® da 16 mm e permette di ottenere un parquet ad alta stabilità dimensionale e immediatamente calpestabile. ®

The innovative patented laying system Clip Up System® is now available also 13mm thick. The new version meets the requirements of thinner slats, suitable to coat every kind of environment. The reduced thickness is ideal also for renovations. In fact, it slightly lifts the floor level and does not require the modification of the height of the internal doors. Clip Up System® 13mm thick presents the same advantages and certifications of the original system. The only difference concerns the polymer clips, which further reduce the laying time. It is possible to install or remove one or more boards in 30 seconds, without damaging the subfloor considering the fact that the clips are only laid, not fixed. Clip Up System® does not require glues, consequently reducing the environmental pollution and preserving human health, besides being suitable for floor heating. The new version of Clip Up System® includes the utilization of clips made of recyclable elastic polymer 1m long, developed to be flexible and adaptable to the subfloor. The clips are able to endure very high temperature, until 90°. The anchor system is similar to the one carried out with the steel clips of Clip Up System® 16mm and allows the achievement of a high dimensional stability parquet, ready to be walked on.

Proprio questo paesaggio è quello che si può ammirare dalle grandi finestre della nuova sala, da poco completata e messa a disposizione degli ospiti. Per questo progetto la proprietà ha scelto la tecnologia di Clip Up System®, l’unico prodotto sul mercato che permette la sostituzione di una tavola alla volta, caratteristica vincente per ambienti di business ad alto calpestio. Qual è il clima ideale per il parquet? Which is the ideal climate for the parquet? Il clima ideale per il legno, materiale vivo, è lo stesso in cui vivono bene le persone, con riferimento sopratutto all’umidità: è opportuno che la temperatura dell’aria non scenda sotto i 15 °C, ma soprattutto che l’umidità relativa resti sempre compresa nell’intervallo tra 35% e 65%. Bisogna prestare attenzione sopratutto durante gli inverni in cui viene fatto largo uso del riscaldamento con il rischio di avviare fenomeni come il ritiro del legno a causa della secchezza dell’aria. Al contrario un ambiente troppo umido potrebbe creare problemi di rigonfiamento.

Come va pulito il parquet How the parquet must be cleaned Una corretta pulizia e manutenzione del pavimento in legno è fondamentale per mantenerlo sempre bello nel tempo. La pulizia ordinaria deve essere fatta con un panno umido ben strizzato con sapone neutro o con prodotti studiati e venduti esclusivamene per questo scopo: Garbelotto ha per questo messo a punto per tutta la clientela una propria linea di prodotti per la pulizia. Il lavaggio di un pavimento in legno, infatti, non va mai effettuato con sola acqua, che non garantisce un’azione di pulizia efficace e soprattutto rilascia depositi di residui minerali sulla superficie del legno. Nella gamma è stato inserito anche una cera concepita appositamente per una pulizia straordinaria che permette di impermealizzare, nutrire e proteggere a lungo la superficie. A proper cleaning and maintenance of the wooden floor is fundamental to keep it beautiful over time. The ordinary cleaning has to be carried out with a damp cloth – well wrung – with neutral soap or products which have been exclusively studied for such aim: Garbelotto developed its own line of cleaning products for the customers. The wooden floor washing must not be carried out only with water considered that it does not guarantee a successful cleaning but, more importantly, it releases mineral residues on the wood surface. In the selection, a wax has been included, expressly allowing an extraordinary cleaning which makes the floor waterproof, nourished and protected.

The ideal climate for the wood, living material, is the same in which people live, in specific as far as the humidity is concerned: it is desirable that the air temperature does not go below 15*C, but most of all that the relative humidity always oscillates between 35% and 65%. It is necessary to be careful especially during the winter when the heater is functioning and the risk is that phenomenon such as the shrinking of timber due to the dryness of the air takes places. On the contrary, an environment considered to be too humid could potentially lead to the swelling of the wood.

La certificazione FSC®, Forest Steward Council®, è garanzia di materiali proveniente da foreste gestite in modo responsabile e con minor impatto ambientale, in cui l’estrazione del legno rispetta determinati standard ambientali, sociali ed economici. The parquet certifications are not only a way to improve the reputation of a brand, but are most of all a guarantee for the consumers, who are able to orient themselves in the sellers world, making the best choice with no risks. The most important certifications attest the lack, or the minimum presence of formaldehyde, a chemical compound which may be harmful to humans. Parchettificio Garbelotto provides products which have underwent the VOC verification, a certification demonstrating that the Garbelotto products do not contain any carcinogenic substances and that other substances considered dangerous are below the limits established by the German regulation AgBB/DIBt. The requirements are met for the LEED standards (the sustainable certification for buildings). The certification 100% made in Italy guarantees the certainty of the origin and the technical quality of the product, making a distinction between the creations of Italian producers and of dubious origin. As a matter of fact, in order to obtain such certification, it is necessary that every step of the parquet production takes place within the national territory and not, as often happens, only some productive steps. Le certificazioni del parquet, non sono soltanto un modo per migliorare la reputazione di un marchio, ma sono soprattutto una garanzia per i consumatori, che possono orientarsi nel mondo dei rivenditori facendo la scelta migliore ed evitando i rischi. Tra le più importanti quelle che attestano la mancanza o livelli minimi di formaldeide, un composto chimico che può essere nocivo per l’uomo. In quale fase del cantiere è opportuno posare il parquet? In which phase of the construction is advisable to lay the parquet? È molto importante che i lavori di posa in opera del parquet abbiano inizio una volta terminati tutti gli altri lavori, in particolare quelli inerenti agli infissi esterni, al cartongesso, all’intonaco, agli impianti e alla ceramica. Potranno seguire la posa del parquet il montaggio delle porte interne, della cucina ed il ritocco delle pitture murali sulle pareti basse. In questi casi è comunque opportuno coprire il pavimento posato con delle specifiche protezioni.
