Around the Club
Greetings from Montana!
The Davis’, Bich’s, Garrett’s and Russell’s spent a week in Montana playing golf and enjoying Glacier Park. The picture is at Rock Creek Cattle Company. A guy named Bill Foley owns Rock Creek. Interesting guy, look him up on the internet. We played golf at The Old Works in Anaconda (Troon managed), Rock Creek Cattle Company near Deer Lodge, Eagle Bend and Northern Pines near Kalispell. Rock Creek Cattle Company is a Tom Doak course, 80,000 acres, great golf and great views. Spent a day touring Glacier Park which included a 100 mile detour back through the park since the road we were going to return to Whitefish on was closed due to a forest fire. Quite smoky during the time we were there due to the forest fires but we still enjoyed it. Thank you Mr. Bich for sharing!

First Swing Hole in One! Jim Greenlee, Bob Smith, Bill Blaine, and Jack Barry played in the POW WOW at Ozaukee Country Club (WI) on August 27th. There was a shotgun start and on his first swing of the day Bob Smith made a hole in one on the 160 yard par 3 14th hole. Needless to say he won closest to the pin in the event on that hole.
