Annual Flag Day Golf Tournament Saturday, July 4th
If you haven’t played in our Flag Day Tournament, sign up and see why it’s an annual favorite. Each player gets a flag and you play until your handicap has run out; then plant your flag in the ground to see if anyone can pass you! Don’t forget to dress up in your patriotic red, white and blue! Happy 4th of July!

Summer Sizzler Specials Weekly Clinics Open to ALL Members and Your Guests 60 minutes total - Clinics are $10.00/attendee/friends of members welcome - Please ensure all participant names are registered in Foretees, through the Golf Shop or Glen. All clinics begin at 8am Wednesday, July 1st - Bunkers (greenside and fairway) - Updated Date Thursday, July 9th - Pitching (all shots with wedges - not full swing) Thursday, July 16th - Full Swing Wedges and short irons Saturday, July 25th - Mid and Long irons Thursday, July 30th - Hybrids and Fairway Woods Saturday, August 8th -Driver Summer Sizzler Lesson Specials: • Valid through end of September, 2015 - All sessions must be taken and completed by the end of September. • Sessions may be combined to create longer session time ( 60 minutes = 2 sessions, 90 minutes = 3 sessions) • Packages may be split/shared within a membership or two members. Around the Club An Abundance of Eagles
Steve Stuebner has been on fire recently with two eagles. Playing with John Markese, Don Werlinger, and Craig Johnson, he nailed a drive and reached the 314 yard par 4 with only a tap-in eagle remaining. Then on Sunday, he drained his second shot on #2 North from 142 yards. That day he was playing with Don & Tammy Werlinger and his wife, Ronnie Stuebner. Well done Mr. Stuebner!
Lucky #7 Peg Nikoden had an eagle a week ago Sunday, June 14th on the South #7 witnessed by Patti Jubrias & John Maple. Julia Whalen had her fourth eagle on South #7 Wednesday, June 17th playing with the ladies’ group. Ana Lockhart and Heidi Kahn were witnesses. It almost made up for the 11 on no. 5.

Calling all Gallery Artists! We would like to invite all interested Gallery Golf & Sports Members to participate in our Gallery Member Art Showing this fall! Caroline Crooks & Cindy Smith suggested we revisit this event from 2009 and we are so excited at the possibilities! On Tuesday, November 10th we want to celebrate the Artisans of The Gallery by showcasing your art (NOT FOR SALE)! We are asking our members to share their interests, be it painting, jewelry, photography, quilting or sculpture to name a few! Along with the Art Show, we will enjoy a wine tasting and Club hosted hors d’oeuvres for the membership to come together and view your collections. We will begin to ask for commitments late July to prepare for the event.
