Serving the Gallatin business community since 1921, the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce works with a comprehensive and diverse community to support, educate, and engage our member businesses and their needs. Additionally, the Gallatin Area Chamber serves as a portal to the community. We are a welcome center and information hub for the Gallatin area, answering calls, e-mails, and assisting walk-in visitors, both new and native to the area. RIBBON CUTTINGS & GRAND OPENINGS
We love to celebrate our businesses! We bring the ribbon and the ceremonial scissors, and YES, they really cut. For groundbreakings we'll bring up to 10 ceremonial gold shovels so we can "move some dirt" on your new location. We'll cut the ribbon outside of your place of business so people can recognize your location. We'll take a picture, post it to social media, and send it to our local media partners so everyone will know that you're HERE!
CONFERENCE ROOM, NOTARY, & COPY SERVICES
As a member, you have access to The Station’s flexible meeting spaces. Ranging from small conference rooms to larger collaborative areas, plus a dedicated podcast room for content creation. We also o er convenient notary and copy services to help keep your business running smoothly.

Programming & Events
Providing chamber and community members the opportunity to connect, chamber monthly luncheons are typically held on the 2nd Monday of each month and feature area experts presenting on timely and relevant topics. Caterers and locations vary; advanced registration required but is open to current and future members.
Good Morning Gallatin allows members to ‘wake up to what’s trending with city, county, state, and elected o cials. The 4th Friday of each month, we take a deep dive into hot topics related to various legislation, business, and community happenings.
Love the Chamber? Our Chamber Ambassadors help us celebrate members all while encouraging meaningful participation in all the chamber has to o er. Participating in events and programs, Chamber Ambassadors represent GCOC and the membership by being a voice and advocate for all.

Industry Roundtables allows members monthly opportunities to connect authentically with business owners and other professionals in diverse and growing industries. Participants can seek support, discuss current issues and strategies, and build meaningful connections, all while gathering real-time insight into the current business landscape.
One Hour Wonder occurs every-other-month and is a lunch-n-learn program designed to educate members on various topics relevant to business operations in diverse industries. This program is a unique opportunity to fuel body and mind while connecting with other professionals.

Nonprofit Roundtables allows nonprofit members monthly opportunities to connect authentically with other nonprofits in diverse areas. Participants can seek support, discuss current issues and strategies, and build meaningful connections, all while gathering real-time insight into the current nonprofit landscape.
Co ee + Connect is a great way to start each month – visiting local cafes and co ee shops, hearing from servant-based community leaders, and mingling with a wide variety of professionals who love business, people, and a good cup of ‘go juice’! Held on the first Wednesday of each month, Co ee + Connect is a ca einated reset for anyone wanting to get informed, involved, and connected to the best charitable organizations and public servants Gallatin has to o er.

Signature Events
January
Snowball at The Station brings girls and their favorite fella together for a magical evening of dancing, laughter, and memories. Hosted in support of the Chamber’s mission to foster community growth, the event o ers a fun-filled night with music, refreshments, and special activities, all while raising funds for local teachers and students.
March
The Gallatin Shamrock Run (5k, 10k) is a yearly event presented by our Gallatin Chamber Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Proceeds fund innovative educational grants for K-12 teachers in Gallatin. Sign up to run, walk, or sponsor the event, knowing all contributions benefit education, growth, and curiosity.

Join us for the Women Empowering Leadership and Learning (WELL) Summit—a day of inspiration, connection, and growth. Designed to equip women with practical tools and strategies, this event features engaging speakers and interactive sessions focused on career advancement, personal development, partnership building, and burnout prevention. Whether you're an emerging leader or seasoned professional, WELL will help you move forward with clarity and confidence.t

Our National Civics Bee, hosted by the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce with support from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, is the perfect opportunity to dive into American democracy and showcase your civics knowledge for a chance to win recognition and cash prizes.
June
Held each June, the Gallatin Area of Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament is a let-your-hair-down event allowing members to spend a day in the sunshine celebrating one another and 18 holes of golf. This is a fun, mid-year event supporting our chamber mission to serve and promote local businesses and people.




August
Happening in the heart of Downtown Gallatin, the Gallatin Pep Rally is an exciting event that brings together students from our 3 Gallatin public high schools, local businesses, and community leaders to celebrate the spirit of collaboration and competition!
September
Farm to Table is a shabby chic formal a air celebrating our local farmers, beekeepers, growers, and makers! The meal is locally sourced right down to the butters and jams, and the backdrop is our historic downtown Gallatin square, complete with live entertainment, local spirits, and a silent auction highlighting hometown items.
November
Tinsel & Treasures is a Shop Local weekend that’s brought holiday cheer to Gallatin for over 50 years. Local retailers open their doors, o ering special discounts, treats, and gobs of holiday decor as a way to kick o the shopping and giving season. Participants can shop, get passport stamps, and enter into a drawing to win gift cards to local businesses.
December
The second Saturday in December, the entire city of Gallatin gathers to celebrate the Christmas season. Main Street and the center of town transform into a parade of floats, animals, first responders, bands, dancers, classic cars, and Santa! Anyone can register an entry for the parade, showcasing their decorations, singing, or martial arts skills. This event is a crowd and city favorite, putting smiles on faces all across town.

GALLATIN
The Gallatin Chamber Foundation is the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce’s 501(c)3 component that exists to encourage, promote, and support innovative enhancement projects and creative initiatives within the City of Gallatin. Annually since 2014, the Gallatin Chamber Foundation has funded innovative education programs in Gallatin schools through our Innovation and Enhancement Awards. The awards are presented each fall to Gallatin K-12 public school teachers to use for special projects in their classrooms.



In 2020, the Gallatin Chamber Foundation expanded its awards to include scholarships for graduating seniors, to honor the late Jim Hawkins, a champion for education and the Gallatin area. The James B. Hawkins Good Neighbor Scholarship is available to seniors at Gallatin High School, Liberty Creek High School, and Station Camp High School who exemplify the traits of a good citizen.

HireUp Gallatin is an initiative and website focused on Gallatin-area resources to help employers retain and grow their workforce, and aid individuals – including students – seeking career assistance. HireUp Gallatin aims to serve as a one-stop shop for businesses and individuals. Parents and students can review occupation data and learn more about skilled trade options. Educators can get connected to career-themed curriculum and request speakers. We also will be helping to support the Youth Job Fairs and workforce programming taking place in our local Gallatin public schools.



GALLATIN
The Gallatin Farmers Market is open seasonally (May - September) on Saturdays from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, with special Market days in other months. O ering the season's best fresh produce, fresh baked goods, local honey, farm-raised meats including pork, beef, turkey, and chicken, jams & jellies, herbs, pickles, honey, farm fresh eggs, homemade pet treats, and locally grown plants, the Market brings you items straight from the producers to your shopping bag. Great gifts and home decor can also be found at the Market including local handmade artisan crafts such as vegan soaps and lotions, leather goods, woodcrafts, candles, jewelry, and more.

Keep in mind the food you buy at the Gallatin Farmers Market is seasonal. It is fresh and delicious and reflects the truest flavors. Shopping and cooking from the market help you to reconnect with the cycles of nature in our region. As you look forward to asparagus in spring, savor sweet corn in summer, or bake pumpkins in autumn, you reconnect with the earth, the weather, and the turning of the year.
About Our Vendors
Our vendors are local farmers and small business owners and are committed to bringing our customers the freshest in locally-grown, locally-produced items. Living within a 30-mile radius of the market makes the food available as real as it gets - fresh from their home base to you. Our Gallatin of Famers Market generates about $70,000 a season for our local Farmers.

Submit: Return your request and payment (for non-chamber members) at least two weeks prior to the event.
Promote: The chamber will share the event on our online calendar, Facebook page, member newsletter, and invite key community stakeholders.
Afterwards: Your photo will be shared on the Gallatin Area Chamber Facebook page, Instagram, and with local media partners.
