Marion based Galen Stone – Handled all aspects of program operations for Phaneuf Youth Center • Participated in a Brockton based 16-bed short-term intensive treatment program • Meant for 13-18 year old boys committed towards DYS • Came forward with the short-term intensive treatment model for the state • Supervised 35 member staff and all Department Directors including Clinical, • Educational and Residential, Psychiatrist, Nurse, Bookkeeper and MSW interns
His extensive expertise in Life Resources Inc. • Earlier served as the Director of Fundraising where he supervised all aspects of fundraising for the agency • Included annual and strategic planning, annual appeal, corporate giving and special gifts • Assisted in producing the agency video and coordinated all the special events
