On August 4th, I was pleased to announce the acquisition of Chairish and Pamono, a move that I believe will be a step forward in our shared mission to transform how people connect with unique finds
ATG, Chairish, and Pamono have long shared a common vision: making it easier to buy and sell unique, one-of-a-kind items By coming together, we’re not just merging businesses - we’re combining deep expertise, trusted seller relationships, and a broad, loyal buyer base to create something even more powerful.
This partnership strengthens our ability to:
Expand high-quality supply
Grow our trade buyer base
Empower sellers
Accelerate our strategy
I know myself and the wider leadership team are excited to begin this next chapter alongside our new colleagues Please join me in welcoming the Chairish and Pamono teams over the coming months as we’ll be collaborating closely to understand their operations and what drives their success, paving the way for thoughtful integration and continued growth

Search remains the primary way buyers interact with our marketplaces and our mission is to return the most relevant results with minimal effort so we continuously invest to make this possible. Recent improvements to our search algorithm have delivered up to a +6% increase in conversion See below example when ‘table lamps’ were searched
Recommendations connect buyers to lots they might not otherwise find.
Powered by ATG’s unique data from millions of lots and billions of interactions, enhanced models now surface the most relevant lots leading to 40% more clicks on mobile and 10% on web.

The Wavebid Item Capture app was created as a replacement to the old Wavebid 2 app which was unmaintainable and out of date This new app has been rebuilt from the ground up using React Native, designed to deliver the same functionality but with an easier and more modern user experience It allows for faster and more efficient photo capture, allowing users to quickly add detailed information about each lot
Photos and item details are uploaded automatically in the background, minimizing interruptions and enabling users to focus on their workflow
BidSpotter recently secured a significant opportunity to partner with Hilco Industrial Acquisitions Europe on a UK-based trial auction held in late June. This marked an important milestone, as Hilco had previously run its auctions through a competitor platform, BidPath. For this trial, however, the auction was exclusively listed on BidSpotter co uk, BidSpotter com, and i-bidder com The first auction was a great success, with Hilco Industrial Acquisitions Europe expressing that they were very happy with the results They have since committed to running a second auction solely on our platforms towards the end of September. Hilco Industrial Acquisitions Europe is part of the global Hilco Global network, known for its expertise in asset valuation, advisory, and disposition services across a ange of industrial sectors. This collaboration builds on our existing relationships with Hilco Valuation
Services in the UK, as well as their U S and Mexican divisions The success of the trial auction underscores BidSpotter’s growing influence and opens the door for further expansion of the partnership across more regions and sales. Click here to find out more about Hilco!
As part of a broader initiative to grow EstateSales.NET’s (ESN) Gold subscriber base, the Product Marketing team launched a campaign spotlighting Line Management, a new digital queuing tool exclusive to Gold plan subscribers.
Line Management lets shoppers reserve a spot in line before a sale begins, eliminating 5 a m line chaos and giving sellers real-time attendance data, improved crowd control, and a smoother, stress-free sale day

Hear firsthand from a leading Industrial & Commercial auctioneer in Texas about how adopting ATG’s full suite: Wavebid, Proxibid, BidSpotter, and White Label - has transformed their business From streamlined operations to expanded reach, discover the real-world impact of an all-in-one auction solution

Proxibid seller hubs are now live - these are dedicated online pages designed to attract new sellers and support product adoption among existing ones These strategic digital assets showcase how ATG helps auction houses and dealers grow their buyer base, boost revenue, and tap into active marketplaces and were created for NAA event. The network of pages will also support future marketing campaigns as we continue to build momentum in our twosided marketplace model Stay tuned as we expand and optimise these hubs!

They shared an overview of ATG and unveiled the upcoming ATG WL Premium, set to launch later this year Their session focused on auction data insights and best practices covering ideal auction duration, bid timing trends, starting prices, and peak site activity. The presentation sparked strong engagement, with plenty of questions from delegates throughout Click here to see their presentation!

We're working on a comprehensive overhaul of our LiveAuctioneers bidder lifecycle emails to boost engagement, registrations, and bids. To easily analyze results, we have just launched our new email A/B test dashboard too

Natasha Amoyal launched Quack AI in May across UK Marketplaces, with over 1800 AI-generated responses sent to bidder queries to date, and over 600 queries solved end to end by AI. The focus is on customer educat site navigation, basic accoun change requests, and login is allowing the team to focus on more complex queries. Ongoing training is taking place to fine-tune responses and expand coverage

ATG proudly attended the 2025 National Auctioneer’s Association Conference and Show in Chicago as platinum sponsors Team members from across our North American brands connected with new and existing customers to showcase how ATG solutions support auction growth We delivered two well-received presentations on “How AI is Reshaping the Auction World” and “What Bidders Want in 2025, ” and welcomed new customers to our Proxibid and LiveAuctioneers platforms.

We’ve just launched a new marketing option for sellers on LiveAuctioneers called Search Boost. It works a lot like promotion tools on other marketplaces such as Vinted - rather than paying for marketing upfront, sellers can decide in the moment to give their sale more visibility
A single 'Boost' will generate thousands of ad impressions, making it a great option for sellers who haven't pre-bought AMP but still want targeted exposure before sale closing This feature gives sellers more flexibility, helps them be reactive to bidding trends, and can drive strong results with minimal effort. See more here
Our Voice of the Customer programme has been in full swing this year. Our marketplace growth team have sat down with 40 bidders and 6 auction houses, explored 12 user experiences, and heard from 1,100 bidders and 80 sellers through surveys Every conversation and response has helped them to build a clearer picture of what’s working well, where the pain points are, and where the biggest opportunities lie
In addition, we have been ramping up our product testing efforts, running many A/B tests across LiveAuctioneers in an effort to launch features that prove to increase bids, wins, and engagement. Running these tests allows our users to guide our decision making by showing us which version of the site they prefer more You can see some results of these tests here
Marketplace Trust & Safety safeguards our marketplaces by ensuring secure, compliant, and trustworthy transactions We bring together leaders from Compliance, Risk, Customer Support and Finance to coordinate enforcement and policy alignment. Each team maintains its own set of triggers to identify sellers who may pose a risk When a seller is identified, the group conducts a holistic review, logs the incident in a shared tracker and monitors updates and actions during weekly meetings. As part of our practice we evaluate each incident to identify what happened, what went well, what didn’t go well and how processes or policies can be improved This approach ensures early detection, consistent decision making and continuous improvement while maintaining marketplace integrity
The LiveShipping Program has expanded its reach across the LiveAuctioneers platform to help bring bidders a streamlined experience for booking their shipping needs.
By expanding the program, we are able to bring bidders a more traditional ecommerce experience and help they to be more informed in purchasing. This helps to drive more registrations and bids for the Auction House.
So nice we thought they deserved a shout out twice! We will be rounding up Global All Hands Shout Outs here in case you missed it.
Another great way to pass on recognition is via the atgPeople recognition tool, where you can send any global colleague a shout out (just click on Performance > Recognition).
