Key Business Updates

Successfully Integrated into One Salesforce

As part of our ongoing efforts to unify ATG technology and processes, we have officially deprecated the Chairish Salesforce instance and transitioned our Chairish colleagues onto ATG’s One Salesforce platform This milestone was achieved through the collaborative work of the Salesforce Development and Sales Operations teams, who successfully decommissioned the standalone Chairish instance and fully incorporated it into our existing environment

By bringing all teams onto a single Salesforce platform, our Sales and Operations teams can now work more seamlessly across multiple brands leveraging shared data, consistent processes, and greater visibility to better serve our customers and partners. This integration builds on the foundation established last year, when these same teams consolidated Proxibid, BidSpotter, and LiveAuctioneers into a single Salesforce instance, enabling a more streamlined, scalable, and connected organization

All of ATG is now on one Salesforce instance

GMV per customer increased by 12% when using our new ALV prediction model to rank search results on LiveAuctioneers

Machine Learning now sits at the heart of our intelligent search strategy, powering everything from our Taxonomy model which classifies lots into categories like “Rugs & Carpets” and flags whether a lot has restricted content (e.g., adult content, weapons, etc.).

To improve the way we rank search results, we needed to develop a deeper understanding of how lots sell on our site By analyzing over one million LiveAuctioneers transactions, we developed two advanced models: one that predicts a lot's likelihood of selling and another that estimates its expected auction price These models deliver impressive accuracy, correctly forecasting sale outcomes more than 87% of the time

To put this intelligence to work, we ran A/B testing to promote items in search results that have a greater likelihood of selling at a higher average lot value

The impact was immediate. Our enhanced ranking model increased the Average Lot Value (ALV) of items won across the platform most notably driving a 38% ALV increase in the Art category

This smarter search experience is already demonstrating that when we surface relevant lots to shoppers, they bid and spend more, directly delivering measurable value to sellers, consignors and ATG

How It Works: Predicting Value Before Bidding Starts

Improving Software Delivery with New Feature Flag API

The ATG Engineering Team is always looking for ways to deliver better, more stable software without losing velocity. As part of this initiative, we are standardizing the use of feature flags across our projects. Feature flags are simple control flow mechanisms that allow us to change the behavior of the software without having to redeploy or restart the application. We can use them to turn new features on or off quickly, making it faster for us to resolve incidents. They can also be used to control when we enable a feature for users, giving us the ability to coordinate feature releases across sites more easily. Most importantly, they should allow us to move towards other processes, like trunk-based development, that have helped companies like ours to deliver stable software even faster

To support the standardization initiative, we have launched a new central service and API designed to make feature flag implementation fast and consistent This new tool simplifies the process, allowing us to deliver reliable products to our users more efficiently

ATG UK Secures Two Major White‑Label Wins

ATG has strengthened its position in the white-label auction technology market with two significant competitive wins. Woolley & Wallis, a leading UK fine art and antiques auctioneer with a global bidder base, is now live on ATG’s White Label Solution. Duke’s Auctioneers, a major regional house with international reach, will follow in February

Both businesses previously used competitor platforms and chose ATG after a rigorous evaluation, citing the need for a fully branded bidding experience, advanced auction management tools, and scalable digital infrastructure These partnerships highlight ATG’s growing momentum and reinforce its role as the preferred technology partner for large, complex, and internationally focused auction houses

Developments

During November the Finance team successfully moved Bidspotter.com onto SageX3 - another milestone in the Group's journey to consolidate the US finance systems. Only Proxibid and ESN are left to go!

Being on SageX3 will mean improved efficiency for the finance team, i.e., fewer systems, reduced costs of running multiple finance systems, and one central system with consistent data. Entities on SageX3 will also be feeding into our new credit control management and invoicing system, HighRadius, to assist in the collection of our payments from auction houses This has been a steady project running over the last 15 months, with BSC being the most recent migration following LA and AM

System migrations are never easy, but the Finance team has managed it with no downtime or operational issues occurring during the migration phase and no impact on the wider business The key to this success was thoughtful planning and upfront communication

Amplify

Packages: Shifting

From Assets to Reach

In December, we launched the first phase of testing for our new reach-based advertising packages on LiveAuctioneers. Unlike traditional asset-based packages, these new “Amplify Packages” focus on delivering a set number of impressions rather than specifying which promotional assets will be used.

Early results are strong:

Tier 1 packages exceeded the 100,000 impression target by more than 20% for each of the three test sales

All three tests achieved an ROI of more than 300%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the reach-first model

Next, we’ll begin testing the larger Tier 2 packages in January The longer-term goal is to enable these packages through self-serve functionality, helping us scale and grow the number of AMP-supported sales on LiveAuctioneers

Automating Item Selection to Power the Growth of Chairish Auctions

The Commercial Analytics team has reached an exciting milestone in partnership with our Data, Operations, Curation, and Search teams: the successful automation of the Chairish Auctions item-selection process

To support the rapid growth of Chairish Auctions, the team focused on transforming how items are selected for inclusion Working closely with our data partners, we surfaced the relevant data from both the LiveAuctioneers and Chairish data warehouses, enabling the Commercial team to write targeted queries to identify the right items.

This shift eliminated the need for manual, personby-person item selection, a process that had become a bottleneck as auction volume increased. By building an automated item-picker, the team unlocked the ability to scale from 1,000 lots per week to more than 4,000, a critical step in supporting our expanding auction program.

The impact is already clear: Greater efficiency across teams

Improved scalability to support rapid auction growth

Faster iteration as we continue building momentum

A huge thank-you to everyone involved in bringing this to life Your collaboration and commitment have set the foundation for continued innovation and growth across Chairish Auctions

Reigniting Momentum With Trade Customers

We launched a Chairish Outbound Trade Sales Team, with a goal of bringing former buyers who have become inactive on the platform back. Trade members are interior designers, architects, and other customers who purchase for business rather than personal use. As a group, they deliver 15 times the value of non-trade buyers Early results have been promising, with trade members requesting help sourcing furniture, decor, and art for projects they are currently working on

In addition, there were also some great items sold to trade throughout December with Pamono check out the items below!

Chairish Bulk Upload

The Chairish bulk uploading team provides a service for sellers, helping them list their items on Chairish.com. Initially, the bulk uploading team had a backlog of over 10 weeks of work, and through ingenuity (working smarter vs. harder), they have been able to shrink their backlog down to 4 weeks and only 2 weeks for Platinum sellers! They did this by introducing a tool that helps to reproduce listings from other sites and list them on Chairish This is a meaningful improvement for new Platinum sellers looking to get items on Chairish quickly and efficiently!

ATG’s Diamond Sponsor Event

Dan Pennington, Senior Vice President of Revenue (NA), was the main speaker at the Industrial Auctioneer Association 30th Anniversary Conference, where ATG was the Diamond Sponsor. Dan spoke to the conference about how ATG is leaning into AI to help keep auctioneers competitive now and in the future.

Overall, the ATG team connected with over 50 leading

Industrial Auctioneers to share best practices, win new business, promote our services, and strengthen relationships.

Live Ship Drives Results

The Arts and Antiques services team built features to support a wider adoption of Live Ship across LiveAuctioneers in the last year Since September, we have consistently reached record high usage of the live shipping product This was predominantly driven by a feature that integrated with USPS, allowing for better shipping prices and reaching sellers who mainly use USPS as a shipper

This January, the same team will launch an initiative to offer ACH payments for seller services, hoping to see similar positive results

Email Experimentation Wins

The Marketing Team has been improving LiveAuctioneers’ triggered emails by showing better personalized item recommendations These changes are working overall, people who receive these emails are placing more bids and generating more GMV

At the same time, the team has been testing different designs for the Chairish Auctions email series The newly updated layout is performing better than the previous version, driving more clicks and more item saves

We have a lot more experiments in the pipeline, from recommending bid amounts and suggesting similar items across brands to sending fewer emails overall but targeting more relevant audiences

ATG White Label Case Study

At the end of Q1, a major Heavy Construction auctioneer had been utilizing the full suite from ATG: Proxibid, BidSpotter, and ATG White Label for 12 months. The project has been a true win-win for both ATG and the customer, driving strong results:

The addition of BidSpotter as a second platform has increased Auction Registrations by 15% and lifted Asset Prices by 3-5% Online Share for ATG has increased from 33% to 40%, which is on track to add $10M GMV additionally each year, all thanks to the successful implementation of the ATG White Label and BidSpotter for a Proxibid customer

I&C Seller Support Improving Seller Experiences

The Industrial & Commercial (I&C) Seller Support team has significantly increased their progress in meeting SLAs (service level agreements) introduced in January of last year They are now consistently meeting their targets, meaning 90% of tickets have met our SLAs for several months

To be considered as meeting SLAs, the support ticket must be managed within the timeframes specified in green This has translated to meaningful improvements for our seller experiences!

Proxibid Increasing Stability

A number of technical issues on the backend of Proxibid were causing degraded frontend performance and intermittent customer-visible slowdowns. Engineering and Infrastructure teams came together to create a plan and implement a number of stabilizing changes that had great results:

Reduction in Timeouts: Prior to the changes, there were regular timeouts of 400-900 per day. After the stabilizing changes were applied, these numbers have been halved, with many days being close to 0 timeouts.

Reduction in Pod Unhealthy Events: A pod is the smallest unit of computing in Kubernetes, an open-source platform. A pod unhealthy event occurs when pods do not work correctly, causing availability errors, slow performance, or app unresponsiveness on the frontend. After fixes were applied, there was a 90% reduction in unhealthy events.

Both of these changes have made a significant improvement to overall stability and end user experience.

Introduction of the #help channel

The IT team introduced the #help channel on Slack in November to make IT issues and queries easy to raise and resolve and to increase transparency across the organization Since its introduction, the #help channel has been used across ATG as a frictionless way to engage with IT Issues are being solved much quicker, resulting in a more productive workforce overall

You can find the #help channel in your Slack, and there is a canvas detailing best practices in the channel

Platinum Membership on Chairish continues to gain momentum

Chairish Auctions continue to gain momentum with Chairish membership revenue at an all-time high and up 40% YOY, thanks in large part to the introduction of Platinum (a membership combining Chairish and Chairish Auctions) Recent testing and analysis have reinforced a few clear themes: stronger assortments matter, larger auctions tend to perform better, and more flexible reserve strategies unlock greater bidding and GMV than onesize-fits-all approaches

This progress is happening alongside strong overall Chairish performance, with the core marketplace delivering healthy results and Platinum membership revenue outperforming expectations in Q1 (5.5x higher than October and outperforming budget). Together, these trends signal meaningful traction following the Chairish acquisition demonstrating that investments in seller tools, premium programs, and expanded selling formats are resonating.

Behind the scenes, teams are improving the tools and processes that power auctions today while laying the groundwork for future automation. This includes better visibility into item performance, clearer guidelines for reserve pricing, and continued dealer education to drive stronger outcomes.

January has been an important test month with multiple auctions The focus remains on building a scalable, curated auction experience that helps sellers move inventory efficiently, delivers value to buyers, and supports Chairish’s long-term growth strategy
