Solheim Condominium Owners Association

Solheim is a professionally managed condominium community operated by Cobalt Real Estate Management and functions as a sub-association within the Grand Mere Master Association.

The community offers low-maintenance condominium living with shared amenities, professional management, and coordinated exterior maintenance services.

Association Structure

Ownership within Solheim includes participation in two associations:

Solheim Condominium Owners Association (Sub-HOA)

Responsible for building operations, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day community management.

Grand Mere Master Association

Responsible for oversight of the larger Grand Mere neighborhood and master community infrastructure.

2026 HOA Assessments

Solheim Condominium Owners Association

● Monthly HOA Dues: $350.00

● Monthly Water Fee: $20.00

● Total Monthly Assessment: $370.00 per month

Grand Mere Master Association

● Annual Master Association Dues: $200.00 per year

Owners are responsible for both the Solheim monthly assessment and the Grand Mere Master annual assessment.
