Solheim is a professionally managed condominium community operated by Cobalt Real Estate Management and functions as a sub-association within the Grand Mere Master Association.
The community offers low-maintenance condominium living with shared amenities, professional management, and coordinated exterior maintenance services.
Association Structure
Ownership within Solheim includes participation in two associations:
Solheim Condominium Owners Association (Sub-HOA)
Responsible for building operations, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day community management.
Grand Mere Master Association
Responsible for oversight of the larger Grand Mere neighborhood and master community infrastructure.
2026 HOA Assessments
Solheim Condominium Owners Association

Grand Mere Master Association
