TRT – Thermal Weld Rail Technology The TRT technology represents an evolution in rail construction. This technique features a first heat-welded layer, bonded at the molecular level through a thermal process without the use of glue, followed by a second external reinforcement layer that is glued on top. The result is an exceptionally solid and uniform rail, ensuring a perfect seal, reduced weight, and superior long-term reliability. SLR – Single Layer Reinforced The SLR technology has been developed to create boards that are extremely lightweight and easy to handle, yet offer enhanced strength and rigidity. A central PVC strip runs along the entire length of the board, both on the top and bottom surfaces, complementing the traditional single-layer laminated PVC Drop-Stitch construction. F RRT 2.0 – Reinforced Rail Technology 2.0 The new RRT 2.0 is the evolution of our Reinforced Rail Technology, engineered to deliver an even stronger and more durable structure. In addition to the traditional third laminated PVC layer, RRT 2.0 introduces a three-layer heat-welded process designed to ensure maximum rigidity and structural integrity. A first rail layer is glued to the board’s body, onto which a second layer is heat-welded, while a third finishing layer seals and smooths the surface, giving it a clean and professional appearance. The result is an extremely robust and reliable rail, built to maintain consistent performance even under the most demanding conditions. 2LF – Dual Layer Fusion The 2LF technology consists of heat-welding a second layer of laminated PVC onto the base Drop-Stitch structure without the use of glue, creating a Dual Layer material that significantly increases the SUP’s strength, rigidity, and durability over time.
