Tennis 10 & Under
A revolutionary change in the way kids 10 and under learn and play tennis, as well as compete, is happening across the country! Lighter and lower bouncing balls and smaller and lighter racquets that fit your child's size. It all makes it easy and fun for them to hit, play, and score from the startwhile developing skills that will last a lifetime.

Tennis NJTL -Junior 2021

Tennis - Teen
Admit it - you loved playing Dog Pound and King of the Court when you were younger. You have been stuck at home and have not played sports in months. Come out and hit some tennis balls this summer! There will be fun drills and games and loaner racquets are available.
GOLF PROGRAMS

Golf for Minis
For boys and girls of preschool age to introduce the game of golf. Kids who start young are much more likely to play golf as an adults a conclusion from the National Golf Foundation

Golf Youth
A class designed for boys and girls to develop the basic skills to become a proficient golfer. We will focus on developing fundamental movement skills in addition to golf specific training techniques. These basic golf skills will begin on the driving range and putting green, developing agility, balance, visualization, body rotation, and core strength. Lunch will be provided after class for students. Transportation is NOT provided.

Junior Golf - Intro to Course Play
This class is designed for the young golfer who is ready to venture onto the course. We will introduce the full-swing, short-game, putting, rules and etiquette and work towards preparing for nine hole play. Players MUST be ready to carry their own golf bag for nine holes, no carts! They must have had prior golf lessons. Golfers may bring their own equipment, although clubs will be supplied to those golfers who do not own their own equipment. The golfers that are ready to play the course will have the opportunity to split into different ability groups and apply their skills on the course. Lunch will be included and available AFTER class for students. Transportation NOT provided.

PRE K SPORTS PROGRAMS

Intro to Baseball
This program is geared toward introducing the game of baseball and teaching the fundamentals in a relaxed and fun environment. We will cover fielding, base running, and hitting the ball off a tee.

Intro to Soccer
The purpose of this program is to introduce the game of soccer emphasizing the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting and defending in a relaxed environment.

Youth & Adult Gymnastics, Aerial Classes & Aquatics programs will continue to be offered monthly with the programs available for registration on the 15th of the month prior. SPORTS CAMPS
The following programs will be offered at the Fraser Valley Sports Complex with Coach Dan Weida
Friday Mountain Bike Camp
Come out and explore the local trails with your friends! Kids and their bikes will be transported from the FVSC to different trailheads in the Fraser Valley. If your child is also participating in the Wilderness Adventure Camp from 1:00pm4:00pm your child is welcome bring a sack lunch and watch a movie between programs from Noon to 1pm. Staff will supervise during this time.
Wilderness Adventure Club
Learn about the amazing outdoor world! Kids will be transported from the FVSC to different ecological areas in the Fraser Valley. Short hikes, survival skills, shelter building, and playing in the woods are planned for this program.
Flag Football Camp
Learn the basics and show off your skills. This camp is open to teens interested in learning the game of flag football. Players will go through drills and coaching sessions and then perfect their skills in daily scrimmages. Pickup and Drop off at the Fraser Valley Sports Complex. Questions? Creative Art and Mural Camp
Take part in planning a collaborative design as a group and painting a large snow plow blade belonging to the town of Fraser. It will be up for display during the festival and enjoyed all winter long on the roads scooping up snow. Bring lunch and snacks!

Cooking Camp - Baking Basics Sticky Fingers
Aspiring bakers who love to get their hands sticky in the kitchen will love this camp! Young chefs will learn the basics of scratch baking and how to make everything from bread to fresh pastas, muffins to cookies, and more! In class, we use all portable baking equipment and tools, and each recipe can be recreated at home in your oven for more baking fun! Young chefs will love creating sweet AND savory baked goods in this tasty, engaging, and imaginative camp! Come and cook up some awesomely tasty morning recipes with us this summer!
