Care & Rewards ‘Boost your Purchase Reward’ Offer - Terms and Conditions
This ‘Boost your Purchase Reward Offer’ (Offer) is made by Frasers Property Australia on the Terms and Conditions set out below (Care & Rewards ‘Boost your Purchase Reward’ Offer). Capitalised terms which are not defined will have the meaning ascribed to them in Care & Rewards Terms & Conditions.
This Offer is available to a purchaser who meets the following criteria:
1. is a natural person who is a member of Frasers Property Australia’s Care & Rewards program (Care & Rewards), being either:
a) an existing Silver Care & Rewards member during the Promotional Period;
b) an existing Platinum Care & Rewards member during the Promotional Period;
c) a Referred Family Purchaser during the Promotional Period; or
d) a person who is named as a purchaser under an Eligible Contract, has chosen to be a Care & Rewards member and Frasers Property Australia has confirmed that the member has been accepted as a Care & Rewards Member, during the Promotion Period; and
2. is a Care & Rewards Member contemplated by 1 above who enters into an Eligible Contract between Thursday 2 April 2026 and 31 May 2026 for available properties as listed below within Vela at the development known as “The Waterfront, Shell Cove” developed by Frasers Property Limited (Frasers Property) in NSW (Eligible Property):

f a purchaser meets both of the above 2 criteria, for the purposes of this Offer they are an “Eligible Member”. This Offer:
1. starts at 9am AEDT on Thursday 2 April 2026; and
2. ends on 5pm AEST on Sunday 31 May 2026 (Promotion Period), unless that date is extended, or the Offer is cancelled earlier by Frasers Property, or such earlier time as all Eligible Properties have been sold.
These Terms and Conditions;
1. apply in addition to, and unless specifically stated otherwise, must be read with, the terms and conditions of the Care & Rewards program, which are available to view click here (Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions); and
2. continue to apply after the end of the Promotion Period, in respect of:
a. any Platinum Member exchanging an Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property during the Promotion Period who meets the criteria as an Eligible Member; or
b. any Silver Member exchanging an Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property during the Promotion Period who meets the criteria as an Eligible Member; or
c. any Referred Family Purchaser who enters an Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property during the Promotion Period and who meets the criteria as an Eligible Member.
Under this Offer:
1. if during the Promotion Period a Silver Tier Member enters into an Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property and meets the criteria as an Eligible Member, that Silver Tier Member is entitled to receive an increased Repeat Purchase Reward on the Eligible Contract from 2% to 3% if the Purchaser Conditions have been satisfied.
2. if during the Promotion Period a Platinum Tier Member enters into an Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property and meets the criteria as an Eligible Member, that Silver Tier Member is entitled to receive an increased Repeat Purchase Reward on the Eligible Contract from 3% to 4% if the Purchaser Conditions have been satisfied.
3. if the Silver or Platinum Tier Member is excluded under or breaches section 9 or 10 of the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, then the Silver or Platinum Tier Member will not be entitled to receive the increase in the Repeat Purchase Reward above under this Offer.
4. if during the Promotion Period a Silver Tier Member introduces to Frasers Property Australia a Referred Family Purchaser, who enters an Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property and who meets the criteria as an Eligible Member, the Referred Family Member who has been referred will be entitled to receive an increased Family Share Purchase Reward on the Eligible Contract from 2% to 3% if the Purchaser Conditions have been satisfied and the Immediate Family Member satisfies the conditions under section 5.2 of the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions.
5. if during the Promotion Period a Platinum Tier Member introduces to Frasers Property Australia a Referred Family Purchaser who enters an Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property and who meets the criteria as an Eligible Member, the Referred Family Member who has been referred will be entitled to receive an increased Family Share Purchase Reward on the Eligible Contract from 3% to 4% if the Purchaser Conditions have been satisfied and the Immediate Family Member satisfies the conditions under section 5.2 of the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions.
6. if the Silver or Platinum Tier Member or the Immediate Family Member are excluded under or breach section 9 or 10 of the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, then the Immediate Family Member will not be entitled to receive the increase in the Family Share Purchase Reward above under this Offer.
7. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Repeat Purchase Reward or the Family Share Purchase Reward (as applicable) will be paid to the purchaser on the date of settlement of the Eligible Contract. For convenience, the Repeat Purchase Reward or the Family Share Purchase Reward (as applicable) may be paid by way of adjustment on settlement of the Eligible Contract.
8. Order of payment of Repeat Purchase Rewards when a Member has entered into multiple Eligible Contracts is outlined in Section 3.4 of the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions. The Repeat Purchase Reward or the Family Share Purchase Reward (as applicable) will be paid to the Member promptly (but in any event at least 10 Business Days from receiving a completed Care and Rewards Bank Detail form returned through DocuSign).
9. These Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions. All other terms and conditions in the contract for sale and the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.
10. Frasers Property Australia reserves the right to cancel or extend this Offer at any time.
11. This Offer cannot be taken in connection with any other offer made by Frasers Property from time to time without Frasers Property’s prior written approval.
12. The Repeat Purchase Reward and the Family Share Purchase Reward under this Offer cannot be claimed as (and do not constitute) a discount or rebate on, or reduction of, the purchase price under an Eligible Contract.
13. The price and availability of any property being sold under each Eligible Contract is subject to change without notice. Frasers Property Australia reserves the right to withdraw from sale any property being sold under each Eligible Contract or Participating Development at any time.
14. All parties must rely on their own enquiries and the terms of their Eligible Contract.
15. This Offer is not an offer of finance. Frasers Property Australia takes no responsibility and is not liable for a purchaser’s stamp duty, strata levies or other tax liabilities or government charges.
16. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the decision of any member of Frasers Property Australia is final.
17. Capitalised terms which are used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions.
18. In these Terms and Conditions, “Frasers Property Australia” means Frasers Property AHL Limited and where relevant includes all related entities, including the vendor for each property being sold under each Eligible Contract.
19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in the jurisdiction of where the relevant property being sold under the relevant Eligible Contract is located.
Privacy collection notice:
1. Frasers Property Australia agrees to use any Personal Information collected in accordance with the Frasers Property Australia Privacy Policy.
2. The types of personal information we may collect and hold includes name, address, date of birth, age, language preferences and nationality, contact details like phone numbers and email addresses, as well as electronic information from your use of our website. 3. A Member agrees to provide Frasers Property Australia with Personal Information in order to participate in the Care & Rewards program, and to keep that information up to date.
4. If a Member does not provide or update the Personal Information required by Frasers Property Australia, the Member acknowledges that it may not be entitled to receive certain Benefits under the Care & Rewards program.
5. Frasers Property Australia may send electronic communications to the Member regarding third party offers, products and services available as part of the Care & Rewards program. Members can unsubscribe from such electronic communications by using the unsubscribe function in these communications.
6. Members acknowledge that the myFrasersProperty app & portal provides information on each Member’s individual Tier and Benefit which is personal to each Member. To maintain the privacy of such information, each Member must ensure that the email address the Member provided to Frasers Property Australia for the purposes of accessing the myFrasersProperty app is sufficiently unique in its nature. Members acknowledge that it is the responsibility of each Member to only use their own email address and ensure that no other person uses their email address to avoid any unauthorised access to each Members personal information.
