Members Release | Priority Release The Mews at Botanica – Request to Purchase Terms & Conditions To be eligible to purchase in The Mews at Botanica you must agree to the terms and conditions of the ‘Request to Purchase’ page. 1. These terms and conditions govern the use of the Frasers Property Australia ‘Request to Purchase’ page for registration of your interest in purchasing a property at Botanica during the initial sales release of The Mews ("Request to Purchase page”). By using the Request to Purchase page, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 2. You will receive an email on Monday 8th May 2023 with the Request to Purchase page link to register your interest to purchase a property within the Release. It is advised that you have your preferred property selected (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three (3) preferences. Only a maximum of one (1) lot per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release. 3. For any Family Members of Care and Rewards members wishing to gain access to this release under the Family Share program, there are criteria that need to me satisfied to quality for this benefit. Firstly, a referral form must be submitted by Sunday 7th May 2023. This can be done here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/Care-and-Rewards/Refer . Secondly, sufficient documents to prove the relationship between Family Members and the Care & Rewards member will need to be provided in line with the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, which can be access here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/Care-and-Rewards/Terms-and-conditions. Family members will be notified of their eligibility on Monday 8th May 2023. 4. Request to Purchase in the release opens at 12pm (AEST) on Wednesday 10th May 2023 and closes at 12:30pm (AEST) on Wednesday 10th May (Request to Purchase period). During the Request to Purchase period, you may use the Request to Purchase page to register your interest in purchasing a property at The Mews at Botanica (“Request to Purchase”). If you do not register your interest before the Request to Purchase period closes, you will not be eligible to participate in the sales release. 5. Of the 12 townhomes within The Mews at Botanica, Lidcombe, only 6 townhomes will be sold as part of the VIP launch on Wednesday 10th May 2023. 6. If you are successful in requesting to purchase a property in the Release, following the Request to Purchase period, you will be contacted by the Sales Team via telephone. You will be contacted in order of Membership tier (Platinum followed by Silver) and then in order of the time of receipt of your registration by the Request to Purchase page with priority given to our Platinum members. 7. When you are contacted by the Sales Team, you may be provided with an opportunity to purchase a property at the Mews of Botanica on the release day Wednesday 10th May 2023. 8.
