TERMS & CONDITIONS The Waterfront, Shell Cove – 5% Rebate Offer 1. The 5% Rebate Offer (Offer) is available to purchasers (Eligible Purchasers) for available Harbour Precinct land lots (Eligible Property) at “The Waterfront, Shell Cove” developed by Australand Corporation (NSW) Pty Limited - ABN 57001022177 in NSW. This Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). 2. This promotion commences on 16 May 2025 and ends on 30 June 2025 (Promotion Period). 3. The Offer is available to purchasers who enter into a Contract for Sale for a nominated land lot within the Harbour Precinct at The Waterfront, Shell Cove (Eligible Property) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Offer and settle, as outlined below: a. g. Lot 6215 4. The Offer entitles a purchaser to receive a 5% land rebate. The rebate will be paid to the purchaser on the date of settlement of an Eligible Contract (Contract for Sale). For convenience, the rebate may be paid by way of adjustment on settlement of the Eligible Contract. 5. To be eligible for the Offer, a purchaser of an eligible land lot (Eligible Purchaser) must: a. Comply with these Terms and Conditions and the terms set out in the Contract for Sale; and b. Be approved for this Offer by Frasers Property’s NSW Sales and Marketing Director prior to entering into a Contract for Sale. c.
Settle the purchase of the Eligible land lot by 29 August 2025.
6. The Offer is not redeemable for cash. 7. The Offer is not available with extended settlement dates. 8. Frasers Property reserves the right to cancel or extend this Offer at any time, or to include additional land lots in this Offer. Frasers Property reserves the right to withdraw an Eligible Property from this Offer at any time. 9. This Offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer made by Frasers Property from time to time without Frasers Property’s prior written approval. 10. This offer cannot be taken as a discount on the purchase price under the Contract for Sale. 11. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. 12. Eligible Purchasers must rely on their own enquiries and the Contract for Sale. 13. The offer is not an offer of finance. FPA takes no responsibility and is not liable for payment of the Eligible Purchaser’s stamp duty, any other tax liabilities or government charges or any other outgoings in connection with the Eligible Property.
