Release Process Round Mountain South Village Release Two will be held on Saturday, 27 June 2026. Due to high levels of demand, an online system has been established to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a lot. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Please follow these steps to participate in South Village Release Two. 1. Ensure you have registered your interest for the release by 5pm (AEST) Thursday, 25 June 2026, to receive the 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool link on Friday, 26 June 2026. 2. Review all provided documentation ahead of release including the release process, terms and conditions, stage plans and design guidelines. 3. Decide on your preferred lot. Due to high demand, we recommend that you have a minimum of three preferred lots. Please note that only one lot per release can be purchased by an individual/couple/family/or company. 4. On Friday, 26 June 2026 at 10am (AEST), all subscribed members will receive an email from Frasers Property Australia with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool. 5. The online 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool will close at 5pm (AEST) on Friday, 26 June 2026. 6. There will be a maximum of 36 sales appointments available for South Village Release Two. Secure the earliest appointment available to you for the best selection of properties. 7. If all appointments are booked, you may join the waitlist, where a further 20 appointments are available. A member of the Round Mountain sales team will contact waitlisted customers after the initial 36 appointments have been allocated to confirm availability. 8. To support buyers looking to call Round Mountain home, investment sales are limited to 20% across the entire release. This includes both the priority and public release periods. Investment sales within the release period are limited to a maximum of ten (10) lots only. If this allocation is exhausted during the priority release period, no investment sales will be available during the public release period. During this release period, you will be required to sign a Statutory Declaration confirming your purchasing status (investor or owner occupier) and the accuracy of information. 9. Sales appointments will take place between Saturday, 27 June 2026 and Tuesday, 30 June 2026. Each appointment will run for 45 minutes, during which you will be required to select your preferred lot. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time and bring valid identification (passport, driver’s licence, and Medicare card), along with your solicitor’s details. 10. A holding deposit of $2,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign within 7 days once issued and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 14 days of contract date.
