Your Property Choice and our Sales Advice & Holding Deposit Process: Queensland

Step 1: Confirm Your Property Selection

Once you’ve chosen your property with our Sales Team, we’ll prepare the necessary documentation to proceed.

Step 2: Complete Sales Advice

• You will be asked to complete a Sales Advice

• This Sales Advice outlines the terms of your purchase, including the Holding Deposit, which will form part of your final deposit under the terms of the contract.

• The Sales Advice will be sent to you via DocuSign for electronic signing.

Step 3: Holding Deposit Payment Instructions

• Holding Deposit Amount: $2,000

• Payment Account: All deposits must be paid into Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account. These Trust Account details are on the Sales Advice. Do not transfer funds to any other account.

• Should you wish to do so, you can confirm Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account Details by calling them directly. Their details are noted on the Sales Advice.

• Please remember to email a copy of your payment receipt to your Project Sales Manager, so that Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor can confirm receipt of your deposit.

Step 4: Confirmation

• Once your Holding Deposit is receipted, you (or your solicitor) will receive a formal confirmation from Frasers Property Australia’s solicitor.

• All communication regarding deposits will come from Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor.

Step 5 : Refund Policy

• Your Holding Deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed to contract signing.

• To process your Holding Deposit refund, you or your solicitor must provide your account details directly to Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor. Their details are noted on the Sales Advice.

Please do not give your account details to Frasers Property Australia.
