Release Process

Release Process Round Mountain South Village Release One will be held on Saturday, 9 May 2026.

Due to high levels of demand, an online system has been established to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a lot. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Please follow these steps to participate in South Village Release One

1. Ensure you have registered your interest for the release by 5pm (AEST) Thursday, 7 May 2026, to receive the 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool link on Friday, 8 May.

2. Review all provided documentation ahead of release including the release process, terms and conditions, stage plans and design guidelines.

3. Decide on your preferred lot. Due to high demand, we recommend that you have a minimum of three preferred lots. Please note that only one lot per release can be purchased by an individual/couple/family/or company.

4. On Friday, 8 May 2026 at 10am (AEST), all subscribed members will receive an email from Frasers Property Australia with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool.

5. The online 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool will close at 5pm (AEST) on Friday, 8 May 2026

6. There will be a maximum of 32 sales appointments available for South Village Release One Secure the earliest appointment available to you for the best selection of properties.

7. If all appointments are booked, you may join the waitlist, where a further 10 appointments are available. A member of the Round Mountain sales team will contact waitlisted customers after the initial 32 appointments have been allocated to confirm availability.

8. Sales appointments will take place between Saturday, 9 May 2026 and Tuesday, 11 May 2026 Each appointment will run for 45 minutes, during which you will be required to select your preferred lot. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time and bring valid identification (passport, driver’s licence, and Medicare card), along with your solicitor’s details.

9. A holding deposit of $2,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign within 7 days once issued and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 14 days of contract date.

*To support buyers looking to call Round Mountain home, investment purchases are limited to 20% of the total release of South Village Release One. Following the early access to Care & Rewards members on 2 May, the investor allocation for this release has been exhausted.

Care & Rewards Special Conditions for South Village Release One apply. If you are unsuccessful in securing a purchasing appointment during the Care & Rewards priority period and are hoping to make Round Mountain your home, you may also choose to purchase outside of the priority period Purchases made after the Care & Rewards allocation has been exhausted will not be eligible for the Care & Rewards member rebate, however qualification for any tier level adjustments will apply.

Request to Purchase Terms and Conditions

Release Process Round Mountain South Village Release One will be held on Saturday, 9 May 2026.

To be eligible to purchase in the South Village Release One, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Request to Purchase Booking Tool.

1. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Frasers Property Australia Request to Purchase Booking Tool in purchasing a lot at Round Mountain during the South Village Release One (“Request to Purchase Tool”). By using the Request to Purchase Booking Tool, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Ensure you are a subscribed member of Round Mountain prior to 5pm (AEST) Thursday, 7 May 2026, so you can receive the 'Request to Purchase' Booking Tool link on Friday 8 May 2026.

3. You must use the Request to Purchase Tool to book a sales appointment. No other method of booking appointments will be accepted.

4. The Request to Purchase Tool opens at 10am (AEST) on 8 May 2026 and closes at 5pm (AEST) on 8 May 2026. Appointments booked, or attempted to be booked, outside of these times will not be accepted by Frasers Property Australia.

5. There are a maximum of 32 sales appointments for the South Village Release One, and 10 waitlist appointments

6. Frasers Property Australia will determine the order of sales appointments in its absolute discretion. One of the factors used by Frasers Property Australia will be the time and date on which the 'Request to Purchase' appointment is received.

7. You acknowledge that registration via the Request to Purchase Tool does not give you a legal right or guarantee to purchase a lot, including during the release. There may be more people registering using the Request to Purchase page than there are lots available for purchase. You agree not to make a claim against Frasers Property Australia if you are not able to purchase a lot, or if you are impaired from purchasing a lot, for any reason, including the negligence or error of Frasers Property Australia.

8. You may be prevented, delayed, or impaired from using the Request to Purchase Tool for several reasons, including due to infrastructure failures like internet or telecommunication outages, or impairment or failure of the Request to Purchase Tool (including due to technical breakdown) or impairment or failure of your equipment, including due to viruses, hacking or other technical issues. You agree not to make a claim against Frasers Property Australia if you are unable to use the Request to Purchase Tool, or if you are provided a less favourable Registration preference, due to any of the problems set out in this paragraph, irrespective of who is responsible.

9. By submitting this form and using the Request to Purchase Tool, you agree that Frasers Property Australia can use your personal information to offer you the opportunity to purchase a lot and to promote its products and services. Frasers Property Australia agrees to comply with its privacy policy in its collection of personal information, which can be viewed here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/privacy.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state in which the development is located. References to Frasers Property Australia means Frasers Property AHL Pty Ltd ACN 008 443 696, its related bodies corporate (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and includes its offers, employees, contractors or agents.

11. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision is deemed to be struck out and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. All information contained within the Contract takes precedence over these terms and conditions.

12. Care & Rewards Special Conditions for South Village Release One apply. If you are unsuccessful in securing a purchasing appointment during the Care & Rewards priority period and are hoping to make
