New Beith’s newest neighbourhood is underway It was wonderful to meet so many neighbours at our drop-in session held onsite in August. We now have a greater understanding of what is important to the existing residents and it is wonderful to see that we align on these values in so many areas. We look forward to working through how we incorporate some of these thoughts into our new community design as we continue to make progress on our approval. Our guiding principles remain the cornerstone for our consultants, ensuring we stay true to our vision of celebrating the unique Australian landscape, while introducing new outdoor spaces that encourage exploration and prioritise pedestrian, pet, and cycling accessibility throughout the community. The construction of the Sales Office, road work on Mountain Ridge Road, and design details for the new bridge over the existing railway are all expected to begin in the coming months.
