90mm PVC storm water pipe has been installed under the driveway approximately 300mm below the ground and 4m from the garage (note not applicable for rear laneway lots). This Duct is necessary to run pipework and wiring for the reticulation under the driveway, and eliminates the need to pull up any paving and to avoid extra fees that may apply if this pipe is not installed.

The driveway and or pathways have been installed or will be installed prior to commencement of landscaping.
