Your Property Choice and our Sales Advice & Initial Deposit Process: New South Wales
Step 1: Confirm Your Property Selection
Once you’ve chosen your property with our Sales Team, we’ll prepare the necessary documentation to proceed.
Step 2: Complete Sales Advice
• You will be asked to complete a Sales Advice and verify your identity.
• The Sales Advice outlines the terms of your purchase, including the Initial Deposit of $2,000, which will form part of your final deposit under the terms of the contract.
• The Sales Advice will be sent to you via DocuSign for electronic signing.
• The verification of identity will occur on the Agent’s nominated digital platform1
Step 3: Initial Deposit Payment Instructions
• Initial Deposit Amount: $2,000
• Payment Account: All deposits must be paid into Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account. These Trust account details are listed in the Sales Advice. Do not transfer funds to any other account.
• Should you wish to do so, you can confirm Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor’s Trust Account Details by calling them directly. Their details are noted on the Sales Advice.
• Please remember to email a copy of your payment receipt to your Project Sales Manager, so that Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor can confirm receipt of your Initial Deposit.
• An Initial Deposit cannot be paid until after you have complied with your verification of identity process.
Step 4:
Confirmation
• Once your Initial Deposit is received, you (or your solicitor) will receive a formal confirmation from Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor.
• All communication regarding deposits will come from Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor.
Step
5 : Refund Policy
• Your Initial Deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed to contract signing.
• To process your Initial Deposit refund, you or your solicitor must provide your account details directly to Frasers Property Australia’s solicitor, that you have paid the Initial Deposit to.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Initial Deposit must be refunded to the same account from which it was originally paid.
Please do not give your account details to Frasers Property Australia.
