Global trends
We
help customers build more resilient supply chains.
Challenge
In today’s dynamic global landscape, businesses are increasingly adopting the “China Plus One” strategy to build resilience and diversify their supply chains. This strategy involves businesses expanding their operations across key regions, from Southeast Asia to Europe in addition to China, to mitigate risks associated with geopolitical tensions, rising costs, and supply chain disruptions.
Our advantage
Strategic locations in key markets
With a presence across Southeast Asian markets including Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia, and established assets at the heart of Europe’s logistics network in Germany and the Netherlands, Frasers Property gives customers access to an extensive landbank of strategic industrial and logistics locations. These support supply chain diversification and crossborder expansion into new markets, as demonstrated by customers like Geekplus and Woltu, who established their European presence at The Tube, Düsseldorf.
Seamless supply chain transition
With comprehensive warehouse and factory solutions across over 50 strategic locations in Thailand alone, Frasers Property helps customers establish operations smoothly. Local expertise supports customers in navigating regulations, logistics challenges and market complexity across both Southeast Asian manufacturing hubs and European distribution markets.
Futureproof infrastructure
Through resilient, sustainable and high-quality industrial assets, Frasers Property helps customers improve operational efficiency, strengthen supply chain performance and prepare for changing business needs.
Why us?

For customers expanding across regions, we offer a consistent experience, a single, connected point of access and the ability to scale with confidence.
