The Barton Release - Priority Release Process The priority release for the Barton Release will be held on Saturday 23rd September 2023 and sales appointments will be held by appointment only. Please follow these steps to participate in this release.

Register & Get Prepared 1. Register your interest to receive information on this release. 2. Speak to Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing. 3. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. Please note a maximum of one property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release.

Family Share – Supporting Documents required.

Sufficient supporting documents to prove the relationship between the Family member and Care & Rewards member, will need to be supplied. Priority Notification – ‘Book an Appointment’ link distributed. All subscribed Care & Rewards members and approved referred family members will receive an email with a link to ‘Book an Appointment’.
