Friends of Frasers Offer – Shell Cove Golf Day
This offer is made by Frasers Property Australia on the Terms and Conditions set out below (Friends of Frasers Offer – Shell Cove Golf Day).
The Friends of Frasers Offer – Shell Cove Golf Day is available to a purchaser (being either a natural person or a company) who:
attends the Shell Cove Golf Day on 10 July 2026;
enters into their first Eligible Contract to purchase an apartment at Vela at “The Waterfront, Shell Cove” developed by Australand Corporation (NSW) Pty Limited ABN 57 001 022 117 in NSW (Eligible Property) during the Promotion Period below; and settles their Eligible Contract for the Eligible Property before 18 September 2026, (Event Attendee)
1. The Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day:
a. starts on 9:00am AEDT on Friday 10th July 2026; and ends on 5:00pm AEST on Friday 31st July 2026 (unless that date is extended, or the Friends of Frasers Offer – Shell Cove Golf Day is cancelled earlier, by Frasers Property), (Promotion Period).
2. These Terms and Conditions:
a. apply in addition to, and unless specifically stated otherwise, must be read with, the terms and conditions of the Care & Rewards program, which are available to view click here (Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions); and
continue to apply after the end of the Promotion Period, to the Event Attendee, so that the Event Attendee is entitled to receive their reward where their Eligible Contracts settles after the end of the Promotion Period (but Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day otherwise ends at the end of the Promotion Period).
Under the Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day and subject to clauses 6, 7 and 8 below, an Event Attendee is entitled to receive a purchase reward on their first Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property equivalent to 2% of the purchase price payable on the Eligible Contract (Purchase Reward) if the following have been satisfied:
if the Event Attendee is a natural person, the Event Attendee is not an existing Care & Rewards member;
if the Event Attendee is a company, the company’s authorised representative has notified Frasers Property Australia of up to 2 individuals to be Care & Rewards members who are either shareholders or directors of the company and has confirmed that none of them are existing Care & Rewards members;
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
the Event Attendee has entered into their first Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property during the Promotion Period, direct via Frasers Property Australia or Frasers Property Real Estate Pty Ltd and not via an external agent engaged by Frasers Property Australia or Frasers Property Real Estate Pty Ltd;
the Event Attendee has satisfied all Purchaser Conditions under their Eligible Contract;
the Event Attendee has not defaulted on settlement of their Eligible Contract on the required settlement date;
the Event Attendee has not nominated, assigned or otherwise transferred their Eligible Contract to a third party, except that the Event Attendee may nominate, assign or otherwise transfer their Eligible Contract to a Company provided the Event Attendee is and remains at settlement of the Eligible Contract a director of the Company the Eligible Contract is nominated, assigned or otherwise transferred to;
the Event Attendee settles their Eligible Contract for the Eligible Property before 18 September 2026; and
the Event Attendee has otherwise complied with the terms of the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions.
3. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Condition the Purchase Reward will be paid to the Event Attendee on the date of settlement of the Event Attendee’s Eligible Contract. The Purchase Reward will be paid in the manner determined at Frasers Property Australia’s discretion, including as an adjustment to the purchase price of the Event Attendees’ Eligible Contract
4. If:
the Event Attendee defaults under their Eligible Contract; or
a. the relevant Eligible Contract is otherwise brought to an end before settlement for any reason; or
the Event Attendee nominates, assigns or otherwise transfers their Eligible Contract not in accordance with paragraph 0,
then the Event Attendee will not be entitled to receive the Purchase Reward under this Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day.
For every additional Eligible Contract entered into by the Event Attendee, the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions will apply to the Event Attendee (including eligibility for the Repeat Purchase Reward on the second and each subsequent Eligible Contract that the Event Attendee enters into).
For example, the Event Attendee is entitled to receive the Purchase Reward for their first Eligible Contract under these Terms and Conditions and a 2% Repeat Purchase Reward for their second Eligible Contract under the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions.
5. These Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions. All other terms and conditions in the contract for sale and the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.
Frasers Property Australia reserves the right to cancel or extend the Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day at any time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day cannot be taken in conjunction with Frasers Property Australia’s Family Share offer or repeat purchase reward The Friends of Frasers Offer Shell Cove Golf Day can otherwise be taken in conjunction with other Frasers Property Australia offers, subject to the terms and conditions for those offers
The Purchase Reward under this Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day cannot be claimed as (and do not constitute) a discount or rebate on, or reduction of, the purchase price under an Eligible Contract.
6. The price and availability of any Eligible Property is subject to change without notice. Frasers Property Australia reserves the right to withdraw from sale any Eligible Property or participating Development at any time.
7. All parties must rely on their own enquiries and the terms of their Eligible Contract.
8. The Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day is not an offer of finance. Frasers Property Australia takes no responsibility and is not liable for an Event Attendee’s stamp duty, strata levies or other tax liabilities or government charges.
9. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the decision of any member of Frasers Property Australia is final.
10. Capitalised terms which are used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions.
11. In these Terms and Conditions, “Frasers Property Australia” means Frasers Property AHL Limited and where relevant includes all related entities, including the vendor for each Eligible Property.
12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the jurisdiction where the relevant Eligible Property is located.
13. Privacy collection notice:
a. Frasers Property Australia agrees to use any Personal Information collected in accordance with the Frasers Property Australia Privacy Policy.
b. The types of personal information we may collect and hold includes name, address, date of birth, age, language preferences and nationality, contact details like phone numbers and email addresses, as well as electronic information from your use of our website. An Event Attendee agrees to provide Frasers Property Australia with Personal Information in order to participate in the Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day and ultimately, the Care and Rewards program, and to keep that information up to date.
c. If an Event Attendee does not provide or update the Personal Information required by Frasers Property Australia, the Event Attendee acknowledges that it may not be entitled to receive certain Benefits under the Friends of Frasers Offer - Shell Cove Golf Day and ultimately, the Care and Rewards program.
