Work has begun on a Master Plan to make Frankston’s Nepean Highway the envy of Melbourne. The plan will be based on a bold vision to transform the car-dominated arterial road into an iconic-tree lined boulevard. The vision responds to Frankston’s distinctive coastal character which sets it apart from other cities, and will guide the prioritisation and development of three sections of Nepean Boulevard covering 3.7kms from Mile Bridge through the city centre to Olivers Hill.
