In 2023 the demand for luxury homes continues to grow as people are spending more time at home more than ever before. Here in Phoenix Metro's Luxury Market for Paradise Valley Year-over-year for December, sales were down 36.6%. The entire market Year-over-year for the first time this year; median sales price dropped to $367,000 or 11.8%. According to Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service in 2022 there were 17.7% fewer available inventory for sale than 2021. Unlike historic slow down during the holiday season, the market showings, and sales have picked back up due to signature festivities and and climate popularity.
