2020 was a busy and productive year for the Canton Texas Chamber of Commerce, in spite of the challenges due to a world-wide pandemic. Our membership continued to climb as we worked hard to deliver meaningful benefits and programs to over 400 members and to the Canton community. CTCC programs in 2020 included 10 Ribbon Cuttings, four AM Connections, 8 Business After Hours, four Quarterly Lunches, Annual Community Awards, July 4th Parade and Hot Dog Eating Contest, Festival of Trees, Christmas Parade and “Snow Day” Festival, Leadership Van Zandt County, Shop Local Campaign and much more. All of this wouldn’t be possible without our members, a hard-working board of directors, a long list of sponsors and our amazing staff. Now Accepting Applications For Class 4 LVZC is a 10-month adult leadership program available to all citizens of Van Zandt County. Designed to incorporate key leadership objectives, LVZC focuses on professional leadership and community development. Throughout the course of the program schedule, students will be exposed to extensive training from both professional speakers and honorary community leaders as well as participate in various group events that will highlight their personal strengths and the needs of the community.
