Pam is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College, and Leadership Roane County Class of 2013. Pam enjoys promoting Roane County to potential industry, businesses, retirees and visitors while enjoying its quality of life and the 56,000 acres of recreation that includes Watts Bar Lake, the new Tennessee Riverline, Black Oak Ridge Conservation area and a multitude of parks and trails.
Justin Snow Vice President of Economic Development jsnow@roanealliance.org Justin Snow joined the Alliance team in 2017. Previously, he spent 17 years working for AT&T in the telecommunications industry. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University where he earned a BS in Business Administration and played on the baseball team. While at the Alliance, he has graduated from Leadership Roane County (Class of 2018) and TVA Rural Leadership (Class of 2019). Justin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and coaching his son’s sports teams.

Tori Holt Chamber Manager tori.holt@roanealliance.org Tori Holt (May) joined the team in August 2019 and is excited to be working with businesses to help them succeed. She has been an active member of the Chamber’s Ambassador program for years and received Ambassador of the Year award in 2018, serves as Vice President on the Leadership Roane County board and Vice President of the Young Professionals of Roane County. Tori also serves on The Boys & Girls Club Board for Roane County, Kids First Child Advocacy Center of the 9th Judicial District Board and Iva’s Place Board.
Kaley Hill Communications & Marketing Manager kaleyhill@roanealliance.org Kaley joined the team as the Communications and Marketing Manager in August 2019. She is a graduate of Roane County High School and Tennessee Tech University. Kaley and her husband, Matthew, have two children. They enjoy spending their weekends on Watts Bar Lake accompanied by family and friends.

He was the education director for Junior Achievement of East Tennessee and the first director of JA BizTown prior to coming to the Alliance. He was also a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army, serving on active duty 21 years. Allen has a MBA from the University of New Orleans and is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Roane County.

Scott is a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College and Roane Leadership. He previously worked 14 years for the Roane County Government in the Office of Emergency Services and Risk Management.

ADVANCED PRIMARY STROKE CENTER Roane Medical Center is an accredited Advanced Primary Stroke Center, which means our hospital has highly trained staff and advanced technology to treat stroke. And since Roane Medical Center is a member of Covenant Health, our region’s only stroke hospital network, quick access to interventional stroke care at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center is available when needed. EMERGENCY With 15 private rooms and 24 hour staffing for the treatment of adult and pediatric emergencies, we provide prompt, excellent care in a comfortable and convenient setting. SURGERY The surgery department includes technologically advanced surgical suites for general, endoscopic, orthopedic and other specialty surgeries. CARDIOLOGY Our fully digital catheterization lab offers a variety of specialized procedures, including the treatment of peripheral vascular disease. We offer cardiac diagnostic services and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation, which provides personalized programs and education courses for our patients.
WOMEN’S SERVICES We offer 3D mammography, which can detect breast cancer, earlier – even in women with dense breast tissue, and breast ultrasounds, stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy procedures, and bone densitometry. SLEEP SERVICES If you’re often exhausted, have trouble falling asleep, or don’t feel refreshed by sleep, let our accredited sleep center evaluate your situation so that you can get the rest you need and deserve. COMPREHENSIVE THERAPY SERVICES Patricia Neal Outpatient Therapy Center (PNOC) is the only hospital-based therapy center in the area providing inpatient and outpatient services for conditions including stroke, fractures, shoulder injuries, joint replacements, arthritis, back and neck pain, and more.
Other services we offer include Interventional and Diagnostic Imaging, Intensive Care Unit, Laboratory, and Pathology.
