We’re excited to invite all current and incoming FA students in grades 6–12 to participate in our FAST Program this summer – completely free of charge! FAST is designed for students who are interested in becoming stronger, faster, and more confident in their athletic abilities. Whether your child is already part of a team or simply looking to take the next step in their development, this program provides the tools and coaching to help them succeed. Dates: June 2nd – June 26th July 7th – July 24th (There will be a mandatory off week from June 27th – July 6th) Days: Monday through Thursday Format: Sessions will be organized by age group and sport Focus: Strength training in the weight room and agility work on the court or field Led by: Coach Christie, Coach White, Coach Axson, and Coach Richards
While sessions are not mandatory, we highly encourage all student-athletes who are serious about their growth to take advantage of this opportunity. It’s a great way to stay active, improve performance, and prepare for the upcoming athletic seasons.
