When you see Coach McDowall, you’d probably see the color of his skin, the way he yells at his players, or how animated he is during his water break pep talks. What his players see is their Coach who is passionate about his team, and someone who drives for success. That seems to be the issue: most people do not take the time to see, most people are content with assuming.
