This cook book was the outcome of a project working with participants from Devon and Cornwall Refugee Support where Fotonow taught photography alongside using food as a cultural connector. Each week individuals took turns to provide a familiar recipe, cook together at Union Corner in Plymouth, and to record the process. The project was supported by Crowdfunder and Plymouth City Council and we thank everyone who donated, without your input the project wouldn't have happened.
