CHAMPAGNE OF THE MONTH
Taittinger remains one of the few family-owned and managed Champagne Houses, known for its refined style, thanks to a high percentage of Chardonnay in its blends. This gives their Champagnes elegance, delicacy, and finesse. The Brut Réserve NV is distinguished by its golden yellow hue, fine, lingering mousse, and light, elegant character, making it perfect as an aperitif or for any occasion. Taittinger only produces a vintage Champagne when the harvest is exceptional, using juice exclusively from the first pressing. Their Brut Vintage is then aged for four years in the cellars, allowing the aromas to develop gradually and enhancing the wine’s length and complexity.
