Q1. A 600-delegate conference and a gala dinner, how do you manage it all, and what’s the largest event you can host?
Q3. Beyond the meeting room, what makes an incentive truly unforgettable?
We always start from the programme, not the room. Between Forte Village and Palazzo Doglio we move with real flexibility. Forte Village, from an 800 m² plenary divisible in two, to the glass-walled Sala dei Cristalli, to the spectacular Forte Arena for up to 13,000 guests. Breakout sessions in the morning, a plenary in the afternoon, a gala under the stars, all in one place. Palazzo Doglio adds a prestigious address in central Cagliari for events up to 1,000. If an event can be imagined, we can make it happen.
The Mediterranean does much of the work, but the real value is the experience we build around the event: beach dinners, exclusive wellness journeys, sailing and diving, tennis and padel with international academies, team-building in our Nature Park. The secret is balance: a morning of work, a shared activity in the afternoon, dinner with the sea behind you. Guests meet their objectives and leave with a genuine shared memory.
Q2. Many clients want privacy. What does reserving a hotel, or the whole resort, exclusively involve? It’s more accessible than most imagine. In early spring and late autumn we can dedicate a single hotel, or the entire resort, to one company alone. The client personalises every detail, from branding to spaces, with no other guests and a completely dedicated pace. It’s ideal for product launches, strategic conventions and leadership meetings that demand total confidentiality.
Q4. More companies choose venues with real environmental credentials. What concrete value does that bring? For us sustainability means measurable results, not declarations. Forte Village is GSTC-certified, with a 1.4 MW photovoltaic plant; we purify 800 m³ of water daily, produce up to 600 m³ of desalinated water and draw 90% of our team from Sardinia. Companies can run events fully aligned with their ESG goals, with concrete data for post-event reporting.

Centenarian Rituals A new experiential programme inspired by the village of Teulada, recognised since 2023 as one of Sardinia’s Blue Zones, where people live longer, healthier lives. CONGRESS CENTER 800 sqm, divisible in two All spaces can be adapted to meet the most varied requests and needs. The main conference room has an area of 800 sqm, a maximum internal height of 6 m and it can be divided into two areas, if required. You can also add 4 large spaces, equipped with the most modern and advanced technology and a spacious
lounge for exhibitions and coffee breaks. And then, of course, the terraces that look out over the sea, the restaurants and the pools: all the best for offering your guests a cocktail, a dinner or an unforgettable gala evening.

13,000 m² amphitheatre A natural amphitheatre, launched in 2016 to host great concerts and international shows. Forte Arena, located inside to Forte Village and easily accessible through internal paths, is a spectacular outdoor space of 13,000 square meters, with no equals in the Mediterranean area, fully customizable to host your ideal event.
