We are delighted to introduce our exclusive loyalty program, designed to reward you for your continued support and partnership. As a member of this program, you can earn points for every booking made at any of our prestigious hotels: Forte Village Resort, Palazzo Fiuggi, and Palazzo Doglio. With each booking of 7 or more nights for your direct clients, you will accumulate points that can be redeemed for complimentary stays at our luxurious properties. This is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and dedication. We invite you to join our loyalty program and start enjoying the benefits of your hard work and commitment. How it works
Earn pointsforbookings madeat any ofourhotels:ForteVillage Resort, Palazzo Fiuggi and PalazzoDoglio.
For each 7 nights booked, earn points as per below:
• • • For stays in a 4-star hotel (Forte Village only) earn 1 point For stays in a 5-star hotel, earn 1.2 points For stays in suites and villas, earn 1.6 points
1 point equals 1 room night in any of our hotels (for 2 Adults or 1 Adult +1 Child)
A single occupancy room will redeem 1 point per night, and children sharing the room with 2 adults will redeem 0.5 extra points per night.
Terms & Conditions
• Points can’t be earned on special discounted bookings (not part of hotel promotional or special rates.
• Points earned can roll over from year to year; however, when not used, points expire in the 3rd year since being earned.
• Repeat clients who stayed in the same property (Forte Village, Palazzo Fiuggi, Palazzo Doglio) from 2020 onwards will earn half the points mentioned above.
• Ten room nights is the maximum number that can be redeemed in one calendar year.
• When redeeming points for room nights, they will be rounded up or down. (e.g. 4.6 points > 5 nights; 4.3 points > 4 nights)
• Stays for redeemed points can only be enjoyed by the agent making the booking and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Stays for redeemed points are subject to availability and on a request basis.
