Now in its 18th edition, the Forum HR – People & Culture is Italy’s leading event and one of Europe’s key reference points for the world of work and HR Management. In 2026, under the guiding theme VOICE: “PEOPLE VOICE,” it reaffirms its role as Italy’s first event entirely dedicated to People & Culture Management, interpreting the social, technological, and organizational transformations reshaping businesses and institutions. With more than 400 speakers and 3,000 attendees, including HR Directors and top executives, the Forum is an ecosystem platform for inspiration, content, and relationships, combining Talk Shows, Business Matching, Workshops, and networking opportunities for those who drive the transformation of work every day.

Forum HR People & Culture is Italy’s leading event dedicated to the world of work, People Management and organisational culture. It is the service most strongly focused on relationship-building and the generation of high-value meetings.

BUSINESS MATCHING CONCIERGE is the premium, tailor-made format, ideal for top executives, complex relationships, and highprofile stakeholders already attending the Forum.

DIGITAL BUSINESS MATCHING, on the other hand, makes it possible to scale the number of meetings through a software-driven system that validates the relevance of each match before assigning the time slot.

EXECUTIVE CIRCLE

It is the format with the highest relational intensity in editorial terms. It takes place in a private, closed-door setting, with 8 to 12 C-Level executives and top speakers selected around a strategic topic directly connected to the partner’s objectives. They take place in a reserved room with multiple tables running in parallel and typically involve 4 to 6 speakers and targeted decision makers. The partner leads the discussion, while the key points that emerge can also be enhanced from an editorial perspective.

TALK SHOW (Hybrid Objectives)

It is the Forum’s core format and the one that best combines audience reach, panel quality, and reputational value. It can take place across the Forum’s different rooms, including in front of large audiences, and allows the partner to position itself as a reference point on a key topic within the programme.

The value of the Talk Show lies not only in the visibility it provides on site, but also in the editorial work involved in shaping the panel, coordinating the speakers, and enhancing the session after the event. It is the most suitable format for those seeking maximum relevance within the programme without compromising on the quality of the relationship.

WORKSHOP (Hybrid Objectives)

It is the hybrid format par excellence, combining real interaction with the audience and content amplification beyond the event itself. Lasting 45 to 60 minutes, it takes place with a live audience and can also be delivered in phygital mode, with distribution on ComunicazioneItaliana.TV.

It is particularly effective when the partner aims to own a vertical topic, engage qualified stakeholders, and build authority through content that is concrete, dynamic, and reusable. It therefore brings together live relationship-building, editorial content, and continuity of visibility.

NETWORKING DESK (Media Objectives)

It is the Forum’s physical B2B networking hub. It allows the partner to welcome targeted stakeholders, start conversations, gather needs and interests, and activate immediate follow-up. It is the format with the highest media impact.
