Join us at Forest Hills Country Club for our Annual Charity Gala, a premier event that allows members to enjoy an elegant evening of camaraderie, exquisite cuisine and dancing while supporting their favorite 501(c)(3) charity. Any 501(c)(3) charity of your choosing can be represented through the purchase of a VIP table. Every VIP table will receive an entry to the Grand Drawing. At the conclusion of the evening, a drawing will take place and the two (2) charities chosen will receive a to be determined amount based upon the number of VIP tables purchased. Please note, there will be no live auction or silent auction at the 2022 event.
Two Options
VIP Table: $500 + $100 per person. Each one (1) VIP table receives one (1) ticket entry to the evening’s Grand Drawing. Includes two (2) drink tickets per person, hors d’oevures, dinner and entertainment. This option is best for those wishing to sponsor and support the charity of their choosing. Each table can seat up to ten (10) guests (no minimum number of people). The $500 table cost is tax deductible. Single Admission Ticket: $100. Includes two (2) drink tickets, hors d’oevures, dinner and entertainment. This option is best for those wanting to join in on the fun, but do not have a charity they would like to support. No entry toward the Grand Drawing will be granted.

2022 Shutdown & Reciprocity The Club (Dining and Golf Shop) will be closed for its annual shut down period from Saturday, January 1st - Thursday, January 13th and will reopen for the annual Open Kitchen Event on Friday, January 14th. The Golf Shop will reopen on Saturday, January 15th. The Breakfast Buffet will resume on Sunday, January 16th, and regular lunch and a la carte dinner service will resume on Wednesday, January 19th. The Fitness Center will have modified hours during the shutdown and will be open daily from 5:00 am - 4:30 pm. Three clubs, including Bellerive, Missouri Athletic Club West and Westborough, have accepted reciprocity for dining through Sunday, January 16th. Reservations are required at all three clubs. When making reservations, please state that you are a member of Forest Hills Country Club and provide your full name and member number.

Dear Forest Hills Country Club Members, I hope you all had a happy and healthy holiday season. As we begin a new year, I would like to update you on a few changes around the Club. As many of you know, we have been waiting on the replacement carpet for the dining rooms and hallways for quite some time. Unfortunately, fabrication of the carpet is still not complete, pushing this replacement back into February. However, the tile for the lobby and main bar has arrived and installation began the first week of January. The flooring installers will be working diligently to get the lobby fully completed prior to the start of our Annual Open Kitchen Event on January 14th-15th. During this time, the lobby will be inaccessible and will cause a disruption to traffic patterns within the Clubhouse. We ask that if you do need to access the Clubhouse during this time, you enter from the side entrance closest to the Men’s Locker Room near the Ballroom Veranda.
To protect the Clubhouse from future water damage, we have switched the problem portion of our wet fire suppression system over to a dry system that will alleviate any water pipe burst risks in this area in the future. This work took place in early December. We are still waiting on the custom caps to come in to cover the pipes where they protrude through the ceiling which will finalize this project.
All About Our New Pool Manager: Sean Dooley In other news, we have decided not to continue outsourcing our pool management and maintenance in 2022. The Swim Committee and I have been working diligently to bring someone on to do this in-house and are happy to announce that we have hired a new pool manager named Sean Dooley who comes highly recommended within our swim community. Kevin Brennan will remain our swim coach for the 2022 season and plans to work closely with Sean during the upcoming swim season.
Sean was born and raised in the Webster Groves area, coming from a family of eight kids. He currently resides in the Webster Groves area and has a 22-year-old daughter Kaelin, who attends school in Springfield MO, and a 16-year-old son Gabriel, who attends Webster Groves High School. Sean has been an avid swimmer since the age of 4, swimming for the Webster College summer league, Webster Waves summer league, Webster/Kirkwood YMCA, UCSC and CSP USA program, and in college with Missouri State University. He is still swimming with CSP Master’s team. He has coached various swim teams over the past 23 years, and still helps coach teams at Visitation Academy and Christian Brothers College. Prior to joining the Forest Hills Country Club team, Sean managed the pool at Westborough for one and a half years and Westwood for 3 years.
FHCC’s new Pool Manager, Sean Dooley, who will begin at the start of the 2022 pool season.
He has been a Firefighter/Paramedic since 1998, and currently serves with the Community Fire Protection District. His goals for Forest Hills Country Club include maintaining the family-friendly atmosphere and fun energy while keeping a safe environment for our members and guests. He is excited to meet everyone at the beginning of swim season and looks forward to seeing you all at the pool! The Forest Hills team and I thank you for all your support in 2021 and are looking forward to another year of opportunities to enrich the lives of you and your families through exceptional recreational, social and dining offerings.

2022 Projects & Town Hall Meeting 2022 Projects Tab The Board of Directors has been working on a long-range plan for the future of Forest Hills Country Club to ensure the Club’s viability and success long into the future. The golf courses are the Club’s biggest assets and there are issues that need to be addressed in the very near future to sustain the integrity of the courses and their beautiful surroundings. Because of this need, the Board of Directors is proposing an investment to our Championship Golf Course, plus the addition of two new amenities to support our goal of providing our members with an exceptional Club experience. Forest Hills will provide bundled wood like you would find outside of convenience stores. The Club will provide double the amount you might find elsewhere, which is 12 pieces, for $5.00 plus tax. Bundles will be available by the front door of the Grounds Maintenance facility. Next Meeting: Wednesday, January 19th ● 6:00 pm Happy New Year! The Evening Book Club finished 2021 in grand style. If you did not make it to the Christmas dinner, you missed a good one. Chef prepared passed appetizers, a beautiful salad, a choice of three mains (I chose the halibut!) and all topped off with a hot fudge ice cream sunday and cookie. We also made some changes. Member News Congratulations to member Todd Fox, who won the Black Belt World Championship in middle weight at the World Jiu Jitsu Grappling Championship. The event took place in Dallas Texas during the weekend of December 4th, 2021.
