We advised the development of a collaborative cultural plan in Somerville, Massachusetts. The City hired Forecast to lead this effort on a Somerville Cultural Capacity Plan; we brought in Mallory Rukhsana Nezam from Justice + Joy and Daniel Solomon Koff from social design studio Solomon Office.
Together, our team wrote the cultural plan and its recommendations, as well as advising on communications and strategy. The plan will engage the local arts and culture community to explore ways to strengthen and improve access to Somerville’s cultural assets.
