Welcome to the Branded Claim Booklet. Here is where you will see various examples of expense types and the documentation that goes along with it.

The 3 main parts of a claim are as follows:

Invoice: A description of and price for the services rendered

Proof of Activity: A photo of the activity taking place

Proof of Payment: Can be one of the following: a credit card or check, bank statement, or wire transfer/ACH confirmation

Please note that this booklet is meant to serve only as an example of the different types of claims and documentation.

All claims are not the same! Some may need more supporting documents than mentioned in the booklet

Tradeshows

Domestic Tradeshows
