UPDATE with AMANDA BELLETTE FROM CLUB LIME

Amanda Belle e is A PERSONAL TRAINER WHO HAS WORKED IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR MANY YEARS, helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.

he has worked with clients from lots of different backgrounds including competitive CrossFit athletes, sports specific athletes, people wanting to join emergency services and pre- and post-natal women. With numerous qualifications, Amanda is a dedicated, hardworking and skilled Personal Trainer who has a lot of experience and knowledge to offer. She is also a mum of two darling little girls and is particularly passionate about helping mums navigate their exercise/ training during their pregnancy. Why did you want to become a Personal Trainer? I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. I wanted to make a real difference to people’s lives and have a lasting memory and positive impact on their fitness goals. In my previous profession as a Police Officer I felt as though something was missing. I wasn’t making the positive changes to people’s lives as much as I had hoped, so I made the change to Personal Training and have never looked back! I love sharing my knowledge and insight to help 68 COFFS COAST

What do you specialise in and what classes do you take at Club Lime? I train clients with varying goals from getting stronger where we focus on resistance training to clients looking to lose weight and feel fantastic! I also have speciality training, firsthand experience and a passion for training pre- and post-natal women. I run both small group classes and 1:1 Personal Training sessions specifically for pregnant and post-natal women. During these sessions I’ll educate you on the safest and most effective way to exercise during and after your pregnancy. Club Lime Toormina also has Kids Creche, where your little ones are looked after while you get to clear your mind, meet other mums and work on your body. Outside of 1:1 Personal Training sessions, you’ll also find me in the group fitness studios coaching Punch, Circuit and Metafit Classes. a great workout! What can the Coffs Harbour Community expect from your Personal Training Sessions? I love to have a great time with my clients, but what I’m really focused on is pushing and motivating them to get the most out of their sessions. My programming is very results driven. If you have a particular goal in mind, I program your Personal Training sessions to help you achieve specifically what you set out to accomplish. You will never get bored with our training sessions, I use a variety of training methods so you continue progressing which helps to keep you motivated!
