A dream comes true. Providence is probably one of the best places in the world for saltwater fishing. In 2023, the Alphonse Fishing Company held its first test weeks on Providence with its new Quo Vadis catamaran. I was able to get hold of two top weeks for 2024 and fly there with my friends to experience this adventure. It's an expensive destination, but it's worth it for anyone who can afford it. It's a privilege to experience this fantastic fishery in the middle of this protected atoll on a luxury catamaran.
Providence also offers the opportunity to catch bumphead parrotfish on the flats. This fish was a dream come true for many of us, as there are only three places in the world where this is possible.
