Problem or complaint We believe it is important that you, as an employee, always have somewhere to turn with questions, problems, complaints or uncertainties. And that you can count on what you share being treated confidentially. We explain the options available to you here. Internal confidant Of course, you can go to your manager with questions and problems to begin with. However, situations may arise that you would rather not share with your supervisor. For example, if you: experience unwelcome behaviour in the workplace, such as bullying, sexual harassment or discrimination; have a conflict with a colleague or your supervisor and you cannot work things out together; feel that you cannot get a hearing from your manager for your questions or problems; something you are ashamed of or insecure about.
In that case, you can contact one of the internal confidential counsellors. They offer a listening ear and can think with you about what you can do. They will never share anything about these conversations with anyone else, unless you give your permission. The internal confidential counsellors are: Mariska Lamboo, HR adviser.
