PROJECT FUNCTION

Provides a safe space with simple circulation that promotes spontaneous intergenerational interactions between service center guests to fight Social isolation & loneliness for residents without sacrificing safety or privacy.

Inspired by a traditional Korean madong, the interior to exterior relationship blends together in the atrium to provide usable green space all year round and harmonize with the patio space when in the warm months.

PROJECT FUNCTION

Event center designed with a primary focus on zoning compliance and building code coordination. Site planning addresses setbacks, access, and parking requirements, while interior layouts follow occupancy, egress, accessibility, and life-safety standards. The project emphasizes translating regulatory requirements into a coordinated , permit-ready construction document set.

WHEN WORK IS COMPLETED IN AN AREA THE CONTRACTOR SHALL THOROUGHLY CLEAN THE AREA WITHOUT DAMAGING THE MATERIALS AND SURFACES INVOLVED. RESTRICTED UNNECESSARY CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC IN FINISHED AREAS. PROTECT SURFACES FROM DAMAGE UNTIL FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK BY THE OWNER.

NEW 4975 SQ FT TYPE A-3 MASONRY BUILDING WITH HIGH CEILINGS, LARGE WINDOW S AND GLASS ENCASED POOL ROOM. ROOF IS A METAL SYSTEM WITH A 1”/12” SLOPE TO APEAR FLAT FROM THE EXTERIOR. INTERIOR FLOOR INCLUDES TILE TO PREVENT WATER DAMAGE FROM POOL ROOM. POOL ROOM INCLUDES MASONRY TRIM UNDER CURTAIN WALLS THAT TIE INTO CONCRETE PILLARS AND PLANTER BOXES ASWELL AS A DOOR LEADING TO THE INTERIOR BATHROOMS THAT INCLUDE 2 SHOWERS EACH.
