Flagship, is investing in recruiting and training to acquire and retain top talent by partnering with over 300 organizations to match veterans, refugees, former foster youth, and people with disabilities with meaningful work. In particular, Flagship partners with about 20 organizations in the Salt Lake City area to connect refugees with employment opportunities at Salt Lake City International Airport. Language barriers can sometimes prevent refugees from finding employment, so Flagship provides translators during onboarding and training and pocket translators to help non-English speakers navigate their work. By collaborating with these organizations, Flagship is creating stability and a professional springboard for deserving individuals in the communities they serve.
