Flagship Facility Services

Flagship has had a positive working relationship with Best Buddies since 2015, which aims to support and employ differently-abled individuals. They participate in various events to raise money and awareness for the organization and have even received an Outstanding Employer Award from the Best Buddies Bay Area chapter. Despite the challenges of 2020, employees still made significant contributions to the organization through fundraising efforts, with Ryan Bailey and Megan Seadler raising over $9,000 combined for the organization's end of year gala and virtual Friendship Walk event. This funding allows the organization to continue its programming and provide employment and friendship opportunities for differently-abled individuals.
