Oversees the day-to-day on construction projects Joined the Viridity team in 2018 and has since managed projects from start to finish in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska A Kansas State graduate Matt spent many seasons with Troon Golf in Kansas and Colorado before joining our team
Viridity Construction Created in 2016 to fulfill internal project needs for FiveStar Lifestyles, Viridity quickly began to field calls from local country clubs inquiring about our services. Viridity has assembled a team of full-time associates with immense golf construction experience and a work ethic which is unmatched. We have expanded our reach across the Midwest and beyond … successfully completing projects in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Texas and Nebraska. Viridity over-manages every project from start to finish. We create precise communication pieces for planning, progress reports, daily forecasts and project updates. Viridity has had the opportunity to work with Tom Watson Design, CE Golf Design, Golf Links, Inc., Grand Construction and Turner Construction.
Viridity Landscape Viridity Landscape was discussed, planned and incubated for years prior to selectively beginning to maintain high-end residential estates. We have expanded our services ten-fold over the past two years and have grown in all facets of lawn care and landscaping. Viridity performs landscape maintenance and construction installation services in the Kansas City metro area. We have taken the culture established within our Golf Construction team and implanted that work ethic, attention to detail and passion into our new Landscape Construction team. Our expectations, values and vision remain the same as we continue to grow within the landscape industry. Vision. Value. Viridity.
