2020 Golf Event Guide
Welcome to the 2020 golf season at The National Golf Club of Kansas City. The Professional Golf Staff has worked diligently throughout the winter months to create a fun golf schedule for you this season. Our Majors kick off with The White Alloe on June 10th-13th followed by The Doubler (Member/Member) on July 17th and 18th. The Club Championship will be held on a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning this year on August 7th and 8th. Finally, The Morning Belle, our ladies’ premier Member/Guest event will be held on August 12th-14th. Tournaments are a great way to meet new friends and improve your game. We hope everyone plays in as many events as their schedules allow so we may continue to offer the highest quality tournaments. Please mark your calendars and watch for email and Twitter reminders. Multi-Vendor Demo Day Saturday, April 4th 11:00 am - 3:00 pm One of the most exciting events of the year is back in 2020. Demo Day gives members looking to purchase new clubs the ability to compare all of the latest equipment on the same day! Titleist, Callaway, Mizuno, Ping, PXG and TaylorMade will be onsite with their latest and greatest.

Masters Shotgun Saturday, April 11th Time: 9:00 am Shotgun Format: Pick a PGA Professional playing in the Masters on Saturday. Match Play Begin Scheduling Matches April 28th Format: Individual and Four-Ball Match Play If there are not enough teams to fill brackets, open matches will receive a bye. The Doubler Friday, July 17th - Saturday, July 18th Format: 2-person, member/member teams Five 9-hole matches of variable formats to include: Best Ball, Scramble, Alternate Shot, Shamble and Stableford. Top finisher in each flight will go to a shootout to determine the overall champion.
