The National Legacy Membership At the heart of The National are our members and the community of family we have built over the years. The National Legacy Membership was designed so that our Club may continue to grow and thrive as we pass the torch to the next generation. The National Legacy Membership offers National dependents the opportunity to continue their own membership after age 26. The National Legacy Membership permits the member and his or her immediate family to use the facilities in accordance with the classification of membership selected by the member. Immediate family includes the member’s legal spouse and unmarried children of the member who are under the age of 26 and either living in the member’s home or attending school on a full-time basis. Legacy Membership applicants must comply with all of the following requirements:
Complete, sign and return membership application and applicable contract Attend a personal interview, if requested Member must be between 26 to 30 years of age Member parent(s) must be active National Golf or National Corporate Members Member may select Legacy Full Golf, Legacy DeuceStar or Legacy FiveStar Membership Member’s quarterly food and beverage minimum is 50% of the current minimum Member will pay applicable cart fees Member will be responsible for usage fees and Golf Shop purchases Member may not participate in the Member/Guest Event or Club Championship Member must adhere to the Rules & Regulations of The National Golf Club If parent(s) resign their National Golf membership or when the Legacy Member turns 31 years of age, the Legacy Member has two choices: 1. Seamlessly transition to a Junior Golf Membership 2. Resign the Legacy Membership with 60-days advance notice in writing

The National Legacy Full Golf Membership The National Golf Club has an 18-hole Tom Watson Signature Golf Course; Tennis and Pickleball Courts with active programs, clinics and lessons throughout the summer months; four-pool Aquatic Center with Snack Bar; and Fitness Center with personal trainers, regularly scheduled exercise classes and state-of-the-art equipment. The National Clubhouse offers formal and casual dining, locker rooms, a full-service Golf Shop and private meeting and event rooms. In addition, The National has a four-bedroom Lodge overlooking the first tee box which accommodates up to eight guests. The National Legacy Full Golf Membership allows the member to use all of the facilities provided at The National Golf Club (“The National�). Legacy Full Golf Members are invited to attend Clubsponsored events held at The National with the exception of the White Alloe Member/Guest Event and the annual Club Championship. Legacy Full Golf Members shall not be charged greens fees but shall pay the applicable golf cart fees and/or purchase a cart package. Legacy Full Golf Members will have 10-day advance sign-up privileges to reserve golf tee times. Legacy Full Golf Members enjoy reciprocal benefits at Woodside Health & Tennis Club, The Carriage Club and The Saddle & Sirloin Club (based on annual agreements).

The National Legacy FiveStar Membership The National Legacy FiveStar Membership allows the member and his/her immediate family to use the facilities provided at The National Golf Club of Kansas City (“The National�), The Deuce and The Country Club at Loch Lloyd. The Legacy FiveStar membership includes full golf privileges at all three Clubs with 10-day advance sign up for tee times. Access privileges at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd are subject to annual review and possible changes. Legacy FiveStar members are invited to participate in Club-sponsored events at all three Clubs with the exception of the annual Member/Guest Events and the annual Club Championships. Additional restrictions may apply regarding attendance at Loch Lloyd member events. Legacy FiveStar Members enjoy reciprocal benefits at Woodside Health & Tennis Club, The Carriage Club and The Saddle & Sirloin Club (based on annual agreement).
