Following on the heels of a strong first quarter, April transactions tallied just shy of $100 million and were 90 percent higher than April 2024. In total, there were 30 property sales during the month, the highest so far in 2025, and well above the 19 that we saw one year ago. April transactions brought year-to-date figures to 101 property sales amounting to $366 million, a 66 percent change in the number of units sold during this time in 2024, and an increase of 66 percent in total dollar volume.
