Case studies
We provided a viability assessment on a major mixed-use scheme on behalf of a Government Body in the East Midlands. The property comprised a 450 acre site and proposed development comprising 2,997 dwellings, employment land, local centre, two primary schools and a secondary school.
We were instructed by a national utility provider to assist our client in understanding the potential future value of development claims where their assets impact on current and future development sites. As part of the instruction we determined the development potential of each area and provided a high level potential claim figure.
We provided a development valuation for a prominent 7-acre site in East Manchester on behalf of a leading national housebuilder, ahead of its acquisition. The appraisal was based on a proposed 60unit residential scheme, with a reported GDV of £20m.
Acting for a leading North West RP, we valued a major mixed-use scheme in a key regeneration zone on the edge of Liverpool City Centre. The proposed development included 195 residential units and commercial space, with a GDV of circa £40m.
